Your customer service is great but I haven't received my order last time I checked my tracking it's showing the plane just landed I order online a lot but it's been over 2 1/2 weeks and you social media advertising your products

I ordered perfumes that I never received because they failed to provide my phone number and email address to the courier. In cases like this, the courier company simply sends the package back to them.

They refuse to refund me for this incident, and they also refuse to send replacement perfumes.

I was mainly interested in seeing how close these fragrances are to the originals, but I guess this is also a good reminder that sometimes trying to save money ends up costing you more. :)

This review is based only on Customer service.
I have only ordered and an awating my scents. I will update once my order arrives.

The customer service is fast processing the Request for replacement. Very good Customer Service.

Ordered two fragrances. Arrived, but their scent only lasted a few seconds. After that, I received a woman's fragrance. I complained but got nowhere. Don't buy anything from them.

- currently in an email dispute with a guy named Ryan! Assuming one of the owner because all he keeps saying is he's a small business - so if your broke just say your broke don't steal people's money and not send the product!

I purchased several perfumes from House of Klone based on their claims regarding fragrance quality and longevity. Unfortunately, the perfumes I received are extremely weak. After spraying, the fragrance is very light and disappears within approximately 1–2 hours.

This is very different from the 8–12+ hour longevity advertised on their website.

I contacted customer support to request a refund. Instead of offering a full refund, they offered me only a 50% refund while allowing me to keep the perfumes. I explained that my complaint is not simply about personal fragrance preference — it is about the products not performing as advertised.

I am currently requesting a full refund and am willing to return the perfumes.

Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious before purchasing.

Fantastic scents but gave 4 stars due to the unknown subscription and wish they lasted slightly longer. Satisfied with my purchase overall.

It took longer than expected to receive the product. When I did receive the product one of the fragrances, the creed Adventus KLONE, was greatly different than the original of which I have. Also, one of the bottles had a faulty spray top, which caused the knock off fragrance to leak all over the bottle. After 19 emails with Ryan and the evidently head of Customer Service or somebody of that nature his name is Steven and we had four emails. After much go around, they issued a credit refund and I’m awaiting that to hit my bank. The only fragrance that is very compatible is the KLONE of the Louis Vuitton imagination. Again unsatisfied with everything that transpired when I spent $140 with them. Again slowly, satisfied with what they had to offer and the only fragrance of five that I received again was Louis Vuitton imagination. The rest quite a bit unsatisfied. They are very extremely reluctant to receive a return of all the products. The fact is they said a 30 day return even if you’re unsatisfied again but very reluctant to accept a return.
Remember, if it’s done on your bank card at your bank, you can completely reverse the charges, and I could easily with the email proof that they would not accept a return, with it four days after I received all the product.

Customer service was great. Fast response and answered all my questions.

Haven't received the product yet so this review is based solely on their customer service.

I emailed them (contact@houseofklone) for a shipping confirmation number. Within minutes I received a response. Because of the quantity of products that I purchased, processing time was slightly longer than normal, but I would receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it shipped. Within 5 minutes we had an entire conversation over email. I was very impressed. Now I hope the product is just as impressive.

Prompt and quick shipping. Problem was that I didn’t go through my product fast enough, but their website it very user friendly to make adjustments. Customer service is very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Highly recommend.

It's a scam its been a month I have received my product and now they saying it can't be delivered talk about failed attempts and they not talking to me directly they using AI so don't order from them they full of shit and they don't want to give my money back

This is legit a real review haha, I read these reviews waiting for my bottles to come from China to NS Canada. It only took 9 days! You could tell one of the boxes was opened in Canadian customs to see what was in them. One of my bottles was leaking out of the cap slightly into the box. They responded to my email 3 minutes later with their AI system and offered a full refund or new bottle. I accepted the new bottle and I’ll tell you why. They may smell so damn good it’s crazy haha, I have three different scents sprayed on three different limbs and the scents are warming and evolving into beautiful complex smells. I don’t actually know what the real LV Imagination or Creed Avantus or Barakarat Rouge smells like but these are strong and they stay put. You can tell they use a lot of fragrance oil as stated. Get the deal on three, it’s the best option IMO. Oh and yes make sure you cancel your subscription after you order them on their website, it takes about a min to navigate through to cancel but a lot of brands are like that nowadays like Fabletics etc. highly recommend, thanks again. Klone cologne is legit. I selected two colognes and they were delivered quickly and arrived in excellent condition. The company was easy to communicate with too. You do get a nice sized bottle with a good spray mechanism. I tried their version of Creed and it does smell nearly identical to the real thing. However, it did not last as long as the advertisement lead me to believe. But for the price it was good. I tried another scent that I was not happy with at all. My only issue was that I was unable to get information on how to return these items and more importantly I unknowlingly signed up for a monthly subscription when I purchased the first time. The customer service department did help me cancel but now I have one bottle that I can’t use so I took off one star.

A wrong item was sent. I reached out to them. The response was quick and they handled the issue. 10/10

I love the scents and customer service is great. Not being clear about the subscription isn't cool but it's okay.
