So far my only experience is with customer service and that's why I'm giving 5 stars. I reached out because tracking was stalled and received a reply promptly with up to date info on my shipment. That being said, I think shipping is taking a bit too long which is a little concerning for me but once I have the actual product in my possession I will leave another rating regarding quality and authenticity of the fragrance experience

DO NOT ORDER FROM HOK!!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER!! And customer care is none existent! Dreadful. Never using again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE

I accidentally put the wrong mailing address and emailed the company. Within minutes I received a email saying my mailing address has been updated. I love the fast response

Packaging was horrible. All four of my bottles broke. However, I have been in contact with Steven and he has issued a new replacement order. I am very happy with customer service.

Purchased an item and I added the wrong address. I contacted them and right away they were able to update my shipping address;it was fast,accurate and extremely professional. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Amazing I had an issue with my adderss being typed wrong on my part sent them an email and they responded quickly ! I really appreciated it

Sent one wrong scent and immediately fixed the situation with no hassle and quickly I loved the scents and will be shopping with them again and the visionary is absolutely phenomenal top tier

So far the fragrances have been very good and solid and I had one charge issue but they responded within a couple of hours with my response and solution. More than i can say for Klone fragrances, I have been waiting for a response for a week from them for a missing bottle..

Customer service is great and responds quickly and efficiently
The scents are very good and the prices are fair!
Shipping can be a little extended with customs but all in all a worth while buy! I have 5 different scents from HOK!

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address, so I emailed them, and they got back to me in 15 minutes. Great business, and I greatly appreciate the quick respond time. Have a good day!

I ordered (order number 242087) just two perfumes on 19th August, expecting a straightforward delivery. Today is 30th August and I still haven’t received my order. More than 10 days for two perfumes is completely unacceptable.

What makes this even more frustrating is that although I placed the order on the 19th, it apparently wasn’t even handed over to the delivery company until 22nd August. Taking three days just to pass the order to the courier is far too slow.
As the order was taking so long, I contacted customer service to cancel it. I was told that because the order was already “in transit”, it could not be cancelled. Fine — but the real problem is that customer service takes around 3 days to respond, only for you to receive an unhelpful response and be left waiting again.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered only two perfumes, yet I’ve spent over 10 days waiting, chasing the order and dealing with extremely slow customer service.
Very disappointed with HOK / House of Klone. I genuinely regret ordering from them and would strongly recommend considering another company if you want reliable delivery and responsive customer service.

For me, this is the first and last time I will order from HOK. Horrible experience.

Placed order and what I received with matching tracking were a pair of beach shoes!! WTH!! Contacted them send pictures and asked for a refund! Hope to get refund or will have to scalate with bank. Watch out ! Maybe scammers!!!

I placed an order that was never delivered and whenI emailed the company they emailed back saying to check with the post office. That was their reply, I did not order from the post office. They do not care about your order good luck to whoever orders from them.

There was an error on my order, sent a message and right away the team got back to me, they replaced my missing order right away and the missing cologne is now on its way. Defiantly would order again in the near future. Highly recommend and I will be telling my friends about house of klone.

Very bad experience with this company .I ordered 2 klone scents from them but it’s been 40 days they did not deliver and they gave me invalid tracking number and fraud to me . Though they reply by email but nothing relevant response from them . Extremely disappointed.

Customer service handled my situation to my satisfaction.Took some patience but we crossed the finish line together and thats all that matters.

I don't have my items yet. Customer service is great; I hope shipping will be faster as you guys grow the company. I can't wait to receive my klones.
