love the fragrances, have ordered so many times, will still try new ones..

I haven't received my cologne yet to test the smell and longevity, but they are fast at processing orders. Really fast.

Great fragrances. Great customer service. Fragrances are good quality and long lasting.

Had an additional fee added after initial purchase

The fragrances i got weren't up to expectations unfortunately, I paid extra for the extraits on them but found the longevity wasn't great, I contacted them and the customer service was very good. They offered me a fragrance of my choice or a partial refund.

I purchased a new product line from HOK that wasn't quite ready for prime time (they have since pulled it). I wasn't expecting anything from them, but I did reach out and provide feedback as I did not feel this met the standards for branding that they should expect. Granted I LOVE their colognes.. and I expected the same level of performance with this new product (it failed in every aspect) The response came back very quickly with several options to try to correct the misstep from their end. Short story, I was very pleased with how professionally and quickly they handled the situation.
For those complaining about the strength and lasting power of the colognes.. Pro tip: skip the "Eau" and spend a tiny bit more and get the "Extrait".

Anyway, I've already purchased a dozen or so scents. I truly enjoy HOK customer service, and have yet to be disappointed in their colognes/perfumes.

It was easy to create the order and the shipping was fast. Where it goes down hill are the products (scents) ordered. Visionary, Aurelius, & Aero Blu have a strong, non pleasant smell. The scent also lasts 45 minutes. I do not recommend these scents being sold as the exact scent clone we expect.

I ordered their scent bundle with Visionary, Satin 33, Savage, and Aurelius. I also had 5ml samples of the original fragrances to compare them side by side.

Theirs don't come close. They smell like pure chemicals and aren't even half as good as the originals. The projection is also very weak.

Another problem is the billing. Ordering their chemical dupes signed me up for a membership without my consent. I only found out when they charged me again the next month. I never agreed to a subscription.

Save your money and shop in other places.

Scam sell you a product and Scam you out of a membership and the product is nothing like the real thing avoid don't waste your money

HOK AI will respond very quickly but however when ever I was told that a team member would be in touch they never are, it's been 4 days to resolve a simple issue, my products were not to my liking and no solution was provided which would have been satisfactory, so all those people who got their issues solved by a member and not an AI I would say Lucky you.. but for myself I don't think il be a returning customer.. shame I had lots of ppl who would have tried the products.

HOK's customer service has been exceptional. Whenever I've experienced a delivery delay or received a product I wasn't happy with, they've responded promptly and done their best to make things right. You can tell they're a company genuinely trying to earn their customers' loyalty.

As for the products themselves, the scents are authentic and true to the original. Longevity is the one area where I'd like to see improvement—though I suspect that's because I ordered the 50 ml bottles. I imagine the 100 ml versions have a higher oil concentration and would last considerably longer.

Even so, I'll definitely be ordering again. When you're getting three bottles for $56 with free delivery, it's hard to say no. I'd happily pay more for the 100 ml size.

One more thing worth mentioning: I once mentioned that a particular scent wasn't to my liking, and they sent me a replacement I loved—free of charge. That's the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

My original purchase of the 3 pack was quite disappointing as the fragrances were weak and were not long lasting at all. I reached out to HOK and their customer service was great and are sending me a different style to try and to remedy the poor quality of the original purchase. I am hoping the new bottle is better.

This fragrance company has good customer service skills and they get back to you quickly with any questions or concerns. I received 3 colognes from them.

Cologne is middling but reasonable enough but in the process of making a one off purchase you are signed up to a recurring monthly subscription. It's really not obvious that's what's happening until you're charged and unsubscribing is a complicated, multistep process. It's really sneaky and annoying and not worth it for a not particularly good dupe cologne. I'd never buy from them again.

why one star, because you cant give no stars. for those looking to buy please read. firstly they will scam you into a membership with a recurring monthly charge that they wont tell you about. secondly their product is rubbish at best. the three fragrances i bought last maybe 10 mins n the skin, they smell of toilet freshener, more chemical than anything. i compared with a cheaper labeled brand and when i applied this i could see the film of perfume oil on my skin. HOK, no such thing. no perfume oil, no longevity and really bad smell. save your money and find a better Dupe brand with good reviews. stay away from this Chinese scam operation.

Anytime I have an issue with HOK they are extremely responsive and resolve my concerns rapidly. Very good customer service for a great product in my opinion.

Hello I ordered my 3 set of Fragrances and they as usual but I had a slight problem with one so I contacted them and the Owner was so understanding he corrected the problem ASAP and shipped me another bottle I truly appreciate him & So for me & my Family and friends we will gladly buy all our Fragrances for HOE..Yours Truly...

Not a good product at all. The bottles arrived leaking, the fragrance is weak, and smelly, and the branding is intentionally designed to trick you into thinking you're buying from Klone scents. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, lesson learned, I notice that they tried to sneak a reoccurring membership charge through my bank account.
