So there was a misunderstanding about my order ( embarrassingly on my part) but these guys responded pretty quickly to clarify. Definitely thought i got scammed but they 100% fulfilled their end of the bargain. Truly would recommend.

Forgot to mention, but the colognes i bought smell pretty damn good- especially for the price. i never paid for the designer they’re “inspired” by, so i dont really have a good bar to compare them to but I definitely will buy again when I run out.

UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW:
The products continue to be fantastic. But it turns out a lot of the blame for the problems I was having should be transferred away from the company itself and onto the shippers they use. The shippers were posting that my product was delivered 3 weeks ago. HOK was just depending on and relaying that information to me. The shippers were wrong. My 2nd full Order of 4 bottles arrived today. I asked HOK for the remaining 2 bottles from the first order to be sent to me. They asked me to change and update my first review before they will send out the remaining partial shipment. So I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3 as of now and will update and change the review and amount of stars again once I have received the final 2 bottles.

Old review:
First let me start by saying none of the problems( and they have been numerous) that I have experienced are with the products themselves. The products when they have arrived are excellent. But customer service has been almost useless and delivery problems never ending. In a nutshell:
1. Orders have never arrived or only partial orders have arrived.
2 payments have been charged that were not authorized because of automatic memberships that I did not authorize.
3. Refunds haven’t been provided because of an unstated 3 day return policy. But when a shipment is not delivered… how is the customer supposed to know when the 3 day period starts.
4 I gave photographic proof of a partial delivery but no refund was given.
5. I was offered a 2 bottle reshipment but not for the exact same product I ordered
6. No offer was made to replace a full shipment of 4 more bottles I ordered and were supposedly delivered but never were.
7 there is no visible way to cancel the automatic membership I was signed up for. Only ways to delay shipment.
8 every interaction with customer service begins with: WE UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION… but they still would not resend orders even with photographic proof that only 1 bottle was sent and not the complete order ( the weight stated on the package only showed 1 bottle.)
9. I was promised that they will resend 2 of the 6 bottles again… but not replace or refund the missing items.

As I stated originally…great A+ products… if they arrive. Horrible horrible horrible customer service … and watch out for the AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP sign up. Good luck trying to cancel it… it took me 6 emails to finally get mine canceled.

Ps I was told by the company that I needed to write this review and provide a copy of it to the company to get a partial replacement of my order.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first and wondered if this was a legitimate company, but the price was tempting enough that I decided to give it a try. I’m really glad I did!

I was genuinely impressed with the quality. The fragrances are remarkably close to the originals, and I’ve already received compliments from my wife. The LV Imagination-inspired fragrance is definitely one of my favorites — it’s subtle, fresh, and creates a really nice overall vibe without being overpowering.

Another big plus is the customer service. They were quick to respond and answered all of my questions clearly.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend giving them a try!

bought a product through a Facebook special offer and was automatically enrolled in a monthly "HOK+ Fragrance Club" membership without my clear consent. It is incredibly deceptive to bury a $2.95 recurring charge inside a one-time purchase. Customer service refuses to handle the cancellation directly and forces you to jump through hoops via an external portal link. Keep a close eye on your statements if you buy from them. Completely unacceptable business practices.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the customer service! Communication has been excellent, responses are always fast, and shipping has been quick. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and providing a great experience. Highly recommend!

we to start we ordered 2 different fragrances and one tuned out amazing but the other had issues and we contacted them and we worked with a gentleman named Steven and he did an amazing job of correcting the situation and got us a refund for the one we had problems with and in less than 24 hours and we are so grateful. we love the perfumes and cologne that they sell they are always amazing and for a fraction of the cost of the real thing and last so much longer that we will always buy form klone .so if your on the fence about if it is worth it or not I promise you it is if not just for the fragrances then for the costumer service they work hard to make the whole experience amazing

Firstly I just received my items it took almost 2 weeks, but tbh I have not tried any of them yet, but hoping they won't disappoint.. but as for customer service well it was AI then finally a human the day my items arrived but give 5* to that.

They smell really good, and I’m genuinely impressed with the scent itself. Unfortunately, the performance is very disappointing. I paid extra for the higher perfume concentration, but I wouldn’t say the fragrance lasts anywhere near the advertised 12 hours - on me, it’s closer to 2 hours at most. My bottles also came in the ‘Klone’ branding.

I’ve used other dupe fragrance brands, such as Aramic in the UK, where the scent lasts significantly longer. It’s a shame because I really like how these smell, but for the price and the extra charge for stronger concentration, I expected much better longevity.

One thing worth mentioning is that my bottles arrived with the old “Klone” branding rather than the newer “HOK” branding. I’m not sure whether this means I received older stock or whether that has any impact on the performance, but it could potentially explain the difference.

Even though I am having a major problem with the delivery of my order, the fast and nonstop actions, from HOK has been relentless!!!!! They have been in constant contact with me trying to resolve this matter!!!! It is AMAZING, what they are willing to do to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied!!!!! TEN FING STARS!!!!

I made a first order and they automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription It was not on my initial order but came through 30 seconds later. This is a shady practice!!!!! Be careful!!!!! seems like a typical on-line scam company..

UPDATE I still have not received tracking for the replacement package like they said I would 8-17-26. Starting to think they are lying to me. It is 9-26-26. I will update again if I receive it. As of now they have been lying to me and I’m getting extremely tired of it.

This review is strictly on the customer service. There was a mixup and my package ended up going to the wrong appartment by no fault of theirs. I thought”well it’s gone nothing I can do about it” I was wrong. I reached out and Steven and he took care of the whole thing. I felt very important as a customer he kept me updated the whole time and he fixed the whole thing. Thank you Steven.

I bought 4 fragrances! I asked Support to change the shipping address, but so far, they still haven't sent me the tracking number. I haven't received a response from them or the merchandise.

Great product, Identical scent to Brand name, Very cool cologne bottles. Great customer service for reaching out to me. Just need to work on speed to ship. Will order again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they have all the fake reviews and all the products are from china and there's nothing like the original. they have so many different names, The hok and klone are the same company. one has a very bad reputation so they changed the name.

Keeping in mind that every scent is “inspired” by a name brand scent, I experienced an issue where the HOK scent was not even close to it’s “inspiration”. I even tried it a 2nd time hoping that the first bottle was a fluke. When I messaged HOK of my dissatisfaction, they did respond right away and did offer to send me a new scent of my choice for free. HOK has some real winners and I am hoping that this new scent is one of them.

Amazing scents and unmatched customer service.

Apart from the scents taking weeks to deliver and lasting about 15 minutes, they surreptitiously enroll you into a subscription, which they charge you for every month and try to ship you more perfume every month. This is an elaborate scam.
