It's been 21 days and still my order has not been delivered, I finally received an email stating that one of the items was sold out but soon as I finished reading the email I went back to Scentora's site and it showed the that item was back in stock, I ordered 5 different fragrances they could have sent the other 4, but still nothing

Placed an order two weeks ago. No products, no tracking, no updates, no apologies. The company does not indicate that many of the scents are out of stock. Want to cancel? Too bad, you can’t cancel because they don’t refund anyone for any reason. These are the most backwards business practices I’ve ever seen. Someone on Reddit said they are reporting to state attorney general and FEderal trade commission. Under the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), a seller is required to either ship within the advertised timeframe or, if unable to do so, notify the customer of the delay, provide a revised shipping date, and offer the option to cancel for a full refund. All these new five star reviews are desperately attempting to convince you otherwise. You will never get your money or your perfumes- beware!

I came across a video on IG about Scentora and decided to try. Let’s just say my first bottle didn’t disappoint. Then I went back and bought three more. I love the buy 2 get 1 deal. I’m going back to order more. The website is easy and the price is even better. The fragrances are so close to the original you can’t tell a difference. I received so many compliments on how good I smell. I am now a fan and repeat customer.

This is NOT a paid review, just a regular joe giving an honest opinion. Seeing the negative comments that are coming across makes me wonder if these people are buying from another site. I have had nothing but good experiences from the company. I have received my shipments in the five day window, packaging was done with care, and an overall good experience each time I have made a purchase. The Juice in every bottle I have received has been high quality and I get compliments all of the time. Price and quality make me a return customer as I have 11 bottles and will be getting more. I ordered these on a whim and after a week I placed a second order. They smell great and last pretty well. Way better quality and value than most.

I'm not certain about these negative reviews as I question their legitimacy. I placed my first order with Scentora during their Black Friday sale in November 2025 and have been a repeat customer since. I've placed at least 5 orders from Scentora and own a minimum of 30 bottles. Some of their fragrances are so good that I have 2 backup bottles of them. Lately, my orders have shipped out within 1-2 days and I receive my items within 5-6 days.

Hi, I’m a real SCENTORA customer and they are hands down the best dupe or inspired by brand…it’s not even close.

Shipping is a different issue and should not overshadow the quality products they create.
I’m pretty sure Oakcha and ALT are jealous.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had to deal with honestly because there is no customer service, they have zero issues taking your money but when it comes to returns, refunds, or cancelations they straight up ghost you, not to mention their products are not nearly as good as some of the others on the market this company is overpriced garbage that basically can't be refunded once you pull the trigger, if they do finally respond what you'll pay in return shipping will make it not worth it not to mention it will take over a month, AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR QUALITY DUPES.

I’ve ordered 267 twice now and just ordered the pacific chill dupe, waiting on it to arrive with another bottle of 267, I can only speak for myself, I have received compliments on the 267 multiple times, and decided to get another back up bottle, not sure why people are hating on this company, I’m happy that’s all that matters, thanks .

I have ordered every fragrance that Scentora has made for the men’s fragrance line and I can happily say that I’ve never been disappointed. Granted a couple of the fragrances weren’t an exact match of the original but were close enough to where I still get compliments and inquiries about the scent. The price is a fraction of the original fragrances and the quality is just a step below the original which in my opinion is a an amazing price for the quality you receive. I would recommend getting a bottle of your favorite cologne and test it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed in the longevity and overall quality.!

I love my Scentora 267. I love this scent so much that I had to purchase more of them. This is my second order and won’t be the last. I love their quality and longevity of their perfumes. I will recommend it to my family and friends. You won’t be disappointed.

So far they have yet to send me any product after purchase. They have already charged me and there’s no shipping information, let alone any record of my order. They don’t respond to emails either. I will be making a police report soon for theft of service and scamming.

Where do I start.
I placed an order but shortly after changed my mind, 1 hour later after I saw these bad reviews. I politely emailed the company to cancel, as the goods had not yet been shipped. I received a blunt response stating that cancellations are not accepted and that only returns after delivery are possible, at the customer’s expense.
The seller ships from Germany, within the EU. Under EU consumer law, distance purchases are subject to a 14‑day right of withdrawal, which can be exercised even before delivery, as long as the goods are not excluded. I made the company aware of this and also opened a case with PayPal.
Immediately after this, the seller rushed the shipment, clearly to avoid cancellation.
When I finally received the products, which are heavily marketed by influencers as “1‑to‑1 dupes” (for example, item 246 claimed to be similar to LV -Imagination), the quality was extremely disappointing. The scent was far off, overly synthetic, and nothing like what is advertised.
Poor customer service, misleading marketing, and low-quality products. I would strongly advise against buying from this company.

I placed an order with Scentora Fragrance over 9 days ago based on their claim of 1–2 day shipping. My order never shipped, and all of my emails were ignored until I finally demanded a refund.

Only then did they respond to my fifth email. They finally said some of the items in my order are out of stock with no due date and that they “do not cancel orders.”

What is most concerning is that they continue accepting orders for items they do not have in stock, without providing any notice or updates to customers in their website. You don’t want to wait 2-3 weeks for your order? That’s too bad, you don’t have a choice now… they are keeping your money.

This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill an order, you are required to issue a refund. Or how about updating your website or reaching out to customers with updates?

Ignoring customers and refusing cancellations while holding their money is not legitimate business practice.

After reading the many similar reviews here, it’s clear this is a pattern.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am now pursuing a chargeback and filing formal complaints

The order was placed without my consent. literally 5 mins after I sent an email requesting cancelation of the order. I received an email stating its their policy not to refund orders and sent me a link to the policy. The link only described returns and said nothing about cancelation of orders before shipping. I was ignored by customer service after that. And now after smelling the colognes I understand why they dont do cash refunds. They are not good. This company does suspicious and misleading advertisement online. I would avoid them.
