They forgot to send a bottle when I ordered 3. But the customer service answered immediately and said they will send me another bottle. Still waiting on tracking Information.

Fragrances are fantastic, packaging is simple and tasteful, and customer service is top notch. Mistake was made with order, received a response within an hour of reaching out, and the problem was fixed with no additional cost to me. Couldn't recommend them more.

I purchased a 3 pack of colognes because I wanted to try the promo with the new name. Received my scents and unfortunately one was wrong entirely and the other smelled just of rubbing alcohol. I quickly sent a message to them and their customer support was spectacular with me. Offered a clear solution and sent me the correct scent as well as a replacement for the one that smelled like rubbing alcohol. My 5 stars is mostly for the customer service but so far I don’t hate this company for doing the right thing. I will say there is fine print that you’re signing up for a subscription, that isn’t very clear so please verify before you buy.

Update: I was issued a replacement and everything was good, out of nowhere they cancel the replacement. Waiting for further update, I just told them at this point send me a refund.

Customer service was excellent, no issues there. The business concept is good, i received my order fast and it was accurate. My issue was with the product quality, the scents were not good. All 3 bottles i purchased had a strong imitation scent smell but this was my fault, i should have expected this for the price. This purchase was also a monthly subscription that i was not aware of until i emailed support for a refund.

I would not recommend this product personally but my preference in scents are different than others so some people might enjoy it.

Customer service was incredibly fast. I had placed an order to the wrong address and so I emailed them right away. At first the automated reply told me that they would get back to me between 24-48 hours but suddenly someone had helped me fixed my issue in less than an hour. Great customer service. Yet to try the product.

Actually wild to see some of these negative reviews I made a purchase just recently and I received my order relatively fast. Being from Australia and house of klone is in America. It still came quite fast. I wasn’t happy with one of the sents and asked for a refund and they were very fast to reply and offered a partial refund overall I am quite satisfied with the whole process only thing that I will add that is negative. Be careful of their subscription as I didn’t even know I had signed up for it when I purchased the three but it was also really easy to cancel this subscription.

I GAVE ONE STAR BUT THIS COMPANY DONT EVEN DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL. I ORDERED AND DIDNT RECEIVE NOTHING! I REQUESTED A REFUND AND AT NO SURPRISE I DIDNT GET THAT EITHER. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Based on the email exchange, they did ultimately make it right and created a replacement order for **Oud Noir**, which is worth highlighting in the review.

I had an issue with an order from House of Klone where I ended up receiving a duplicate fragrance. After reaching out to customer service, they worked with me to resolve the situation and ultimately sent me a replacement fragrance at no additional cost.

I really appreciate Ryan and the House of Klone team for listening to my concerns and making the effort to take care of me as a customer. That kind of customer service goes a long way, and they definitely earned my respect for how they handled the situation.

As far as the fragrances themselves, I really enjoy the scents. My only criticism is that I wish the fragrance would linger and project a little longer throughout the day. If the longevity were stronger, they would be even better.

Overall, though, I'm very satisfied with how House of Klone handled my situation, and I would absolutely give them credit for standing behind their customer service.

I was missing a cologne. Emailed the company and got a quick response and a replacement sent

I did not receive all the items in my order. I immediately emailed Customer Service with the issue and they responded right away and resolved my issue immediately. I would give them 5 stars. However, until my replacement shipment arrives in full with all the items I purchased then I will give them a full 5 star rating.
