Adidas fantasma
Ho fatto un ordine per 2 paia di adidas pagate il 5 agosto. Mi comunicano dopo 5 giorni (nel mondo di internet e del 5G) che per un problema tecnico imprecisato - formula fumosa e generica - l'ordine non può essere evaso e nonostante avessero provato a riassortire non era possibile spedirmi le scarpe. Nel mio account l'ordine risultava "pronto per essere spedito" e non si capisce bene perchè c'è un problema tecnico. O le scarpe ci sono o non ci sono. MAi PIU'

Il nostro scopo non è quello di farle effettuare un ordine per poi doverle comunicare l'assenza di ciò che ha acquistato ed effettuare il rimborso.
Purtroppo però, anche nell'era del 5g, i problemi tecnici esistono ancora, ahinoi. :)
Concordiamo che una notifica sarebbe potuta arrivare prima, ma i colleghi si stavano impegnando nel cercare di riassortire gli articoli, proprio per non doverle comunicare l'out of stock.
Ci scusiamo ancora per la brutta esperienza e speriamo di poterla far ricredere in futuro.
