Ho avuto un problema con un articolo acquistato circa 6 mesi dopo la consegna. Il servizio clienti si è reso disponibile a valutare il cambio insieme al produttore. Riconosciuto il difetto di fabbricazione, il produttore ha proposto il cambio prodotto, tuttavia non spedendo la merce a tessabit. Tessabit ha prontamente proposto il cambio con un articolo del tutto simile, il tutto senza sborsare un euro in più rispetto al mio ordine originale. Servizio eccezionale, complimenti ad Arianna del costumer care.

Ho scoperto da poco Tessabit perché cercavo una borsa e un piumino di Dolce e Gabbana.
Io acquisto quasi tutto su internet, ma non conoscevo Tessabit e quando non conosco un negozio/azienda che vende online non acquisto subito e cerco di capire se il sito è serio ed affidabile. Ho scritto al loro customercare su WhatsApp e ho capito dalla loro prima risposta, la loro serietà ed efficienza. Questa volta però l'esperienza è andata oltre e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa da Arianna e Lilla che si sono prese cura di me nel pre e post-vendita, con tanti consigli anche personali (ovviamente richiesti da me) circa la vestibilità del capo e tanto altro. Tutto questo con tanta gentilezza, dolcezza e pazienza perché con me ce ne vuole tanta!😆😂Ordini e spedizioni super veloci.
Borsa e piumino di Dolce ovviamente spettacolari!

This company has some items which are out of stock everywhere else.
Easy buy, no unexpected costs or delays.
Placed an order on a Saturday and dispatched on Monday. The order arrived earlier than expected, and you have the option to re-direct it to a collection point which is amazing for people like me who never at home.
I wholeheartedly recommend it.
