Unfriendly and not flexible service
Bought a pair of sandals, and two days later they announced season sale. I asked for a partial refund to save the difference between the prices before and after sale, as sale literally started the day I got the sandals. It’s still spring in The UK to wear sandals, so they were not even tried on! The answer of the customer service was “no”. Therefore, I returned the sandals today despite of paying £16 for delivery in first place, just because they are so unfriendly. I won’t be buying from them again. Do not recommend the shop!
UPD: my order was placed 11/03/24, sale started 15/03/24.

Was very impressed with the service I received - I emailed customer services as I couldn’t get the discount code to work. I received an email back within minutes saying that they would sort out which they done, again very quickly and then received another email making sure all ok!! My PS shoes then arrived within a couple of days, very nicely presented!!

Ships fast and easy transaction
Ships fast. Customer service respond fast. Item packed really well with a nice turquoise tissue which I love. There is no fault to be had with Tessabit. I used to go thru Farfetch to purchase from them, so they can be trusted buying direct from them. Thank you for my Balenciaga tote.
One thing to suggest to Tessabit: hope you can do a duty paid delivery service for Singapore, will save so much trouble and also no incurring of fees for DHL to pay upfront for the import duties first. All courier service who pay upfront charges a fee for that service.

Didn’t have a good experience buying from India. On a $74 product, I paid $30 shipping and then to my surprise, i had to pay about $40 at the time of delivery! This should have been clearly mentioned on the checkout page, like most international shipping websites do (something like: “extra duties may apply in your selected country)!
