I had never used Tessabit before as I am based in the UK but took the chance as the item I wanted was still cheaper with shipping than any store here. I have never had such Excellent Service, my item was shipped on a Monday from Lake Como Italy and arrived on my doorstep the Next day with DHL Express I was shocked tbh. I was kept updated by email from start to finish and the item was boxed and wrapped Lovely.
