Items came with marks all over them creases in the leather all around the shoe and across the front of the boot.
I asked for an exchange but this isn’t something they can do, was offered to return but told there isn’t another in my size.
Boots stated in the website as brand new but then told that they are ex display and could have been tried on by other customers in the stores before being packaged up and sent.

As per our messages, we confirm we do not sell used items: all our products are new.
We checked for you and we also confirmed that the shoes were not purchased and returned before your order.
We are also a physical Boutique in lake Como, so one of our Customers in-store might have tried the shoes on - being made of real leather, it is absolutely normal to have these creases straight away.
It is also normal that an item has been tried in a Boutique, before your purchase, physical or online one. You will never see a sign stating that the item in Boutique might have been tried on by another Customer.
We unfortunately don't do exchanges as indicated in our T&C (accepted before completing the order).
Please also note that the model you purchased has a soft leather, meaning that signs on the leather are not a defect but characteristics of the model. This is what makes Dr Martens soft leather items the most comfortable ones, as the leather will adjust with wears.
You will see similar marks on Dr Martens website too, as this is how the model is supposed to look:

Garantiefall nach fast zwei Jahren
Kann nur Gutes erzählen über die Armani Boutique in Como und seinen Kompetenten Mitarbeiterinnen Arianna und Lilla!
Im Oktober 2022 hat mein Freund mir eine Armani Tasche gekauft. Leider hatte ich ein wenig Pech mit der Tasche und diese wies nach gut 6 Monaten bereits einen Mangel. Erst aber nach über einem Jahr habe ich mich bei der Boutique gemeldet und den Fall geschildert. Da ich aber leider den Kauf nicht belegen konnte, wurde es eine sehr lange und aufreibende Geschichte! Jedoch mit der Hilfe und stets Freundlichkeit von Arianna und Lilla haben wir noch knapp vor Ablauf des Garantiesfristes den Fall lösen können! Ich bin mehr als Happy mit Armani Boutique in Como und kann es nur weiter empfehlen!!
