Great smooth shopping experience! This is my first time shopping with Tessabit, as I saw the Church's shoes, which I have been wanting to buy, are on sale with them. The package arrived in the UK from Italy through DHL very quickly and in perfect condition. The item was beautifully wrapped in its original box with a bowtie - what a lovely touch! Will definitely shop with Tessabit again!

5 stelle perché non se ne possono dare di più. Prima di tutto servizio clienti più che efficiente…Arianna è stata gentilissima, paziente, ha trovato una soluzione in tempi record, venendo incontro alle mie esigenze.
Spedizione dell’ordine così rapida da far invidia ad Amazon, sopratutto considerando che siamo in agosto. Ordinato il 7 agosto e l’8 agosto a mezzogiorno era giá nelle mie mani.

esperienza pessima, ordine annullato più volte senza motivo
L’ordine è stato confermato, ma dopo poco mi è arrivata la comunicazione che era stato annullato senza spiegazioni dettagliate.
La stessa cosa si è ripetuta più volte.
La cosa più assurda è che le scarpe risultano ancora disponibili sul sito allo stesso prezzo, ma ogni volta che provo ad acquistarle, l’ordine viene annullato. Questo mi fa pensare che si tratti di una scorrettezza commerciale, attirano con prezzi bassi per poi cancellare gli ordini una volta effettuati.
Esperienza molto deludente, non credo acquisterò più da questo sito.

Cant return items.they refuse returns.
Ik kocht schoenen die te klein waren maar kan helaas niet retourneren. Je kunt bij deze winkel niet retourneren. Ze geven als reden dat de item gedragen is. En ze zeggen dat ze heel streng zijn met retouren maar dat klopt niet. Het is gewoon onmogelijk ze weigeren Alle retouren inclusief gloednieuwe items
retouren worden terug gestuurd en je betaald het volledige bedrag plus 2x verzendkosten. Dus liever ergens anders bestellen. Ik bestel al online vanaf het eerste uur bij verschillende webshops maar heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt.
Jammer dat ze hier wel heel snel reageren en via directe mail contant niet, overigens met een standaard verhaal dat ze heel streng zijn met retouren en de item niet nieuw was. Gebruik jullie gezond verstand. Ik zou hier geen negatieve verhaal schrijven als ik gedragen schoenen zou hebben geretourneerd.
