Good product but not new
Hello,
I recently received my order of Marsell loafers, and while I find the design beautiful, I am quite disappointed with the condition in which they arrived.
I had previously tried this exact model in-store, and the pair I received is noticeably different in condition. The shoes have pronounced creases at the front and feel significantly loosened, whereas the pair I tried in-store was tighter and showed no such marks. This strongly suggests that the ones I received are not new. However, this was not mentioned in the product description, and I find it unacceptable to receive an item in this state without prior notice.
Given these issues, I believe a solution can be found from the support team but i haven’t received any news about my problem yet, i hope soon.

The website offers a wide range of products at very attractive prices. The customer service is reliable, and they always reply to emails promptly. However, the entire process is very slow— it took about eight days to receive my order. The return process was even worse. They used the highly inefficient DHL, and it took twelve days for the package to reach the store, and another five days for the refund to be processed. So, a considerable amount of money was tied up for quite a long time before I got it back. It really depends on your situation. If you're sure about the product and the right size, it's a great choice. But if you're unsure whether you’ll need to return or exchange it, I would recommend not taking the risk.

The delivery of orders from our website usually takes 8–10 business days. Weekends are not included. Your parcel arrived at your address on the seventh business day of delivery.
Regarding the return situation, the delivery took longer due to processes that, unfortunately, are beyond our control. Since DHL was chosen for the delivery, the return was handled by the same courier service. Sometimes, the process of delivery with DHL can take longer than expected. Accept our apologies that this happened with your order.
On our website, you can also pick an alternative option – the DPD delivery service – which, as experience shows, is much faster.
We have analyzed your inquiry and will definitely make improvements to the delivery and return process.

La spedizione interminabile: assicurano che il pacco arrivi tra 8-10 giorni ma non è stato così. Ho ordinato il 16 gennaio ed è arrivato il 30 gennaio. L’articolo che ho acquistato è originale e il prezzo più che ottimo.
