In December I ordered 3 sweaters from this company. Only one of 3 items fit. One was a large and the wrong color. I complained about it and they said to pick something else but keep the other item. Not to send it back. So I picked something else. At the end of January I asked about the replacement and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about even though I used the same email link to inquire about the replacement. They apologized and said it would be shipped. Again in the middle of February I inquired about it again. I have not heard another word about it. I hated to complain. Only one of 3 fit. I kept that one. They claimed that I needed to check sizing on line. So one measured the size they stated but didn't fit me. I took the loss for that one and gave it to my Mom. The 3rd one was clearly marked large and was brown, black and yellow. It was supposed to be size small in shades of blue.
As of 4/20/2025 this is still not resolved

Shopping at Susan’s Boutique feels like being welcomed into a cherished family tradition. My sweater came but the pattern was NOT like the picture. Surprised that the sizing runs LARGE. I need a small and they will not accept a return. (lies on page) I have tried to get another sweater as a replacement but I only get a run around. Its been 2 months

Susan Boutique's response never addressed the issue raised about using overseas factories for their products. They advertise as a US company; very misleading.
Tracking history was not due to busy period as they responded but due to customs clearance in multiple locations.
Sweater arrived and as expected, nothing like the picture on the website. I'll donate it.

This company says their products are not from China. They totally are. Just garbage. Cheap polyester blends that don’t look anything like their website pictures. Would be happy to share photos if this site allowed them. Buyer beware.

Customer-oriented and friendly. They kept me informed throughout the shipping process. The sweaters I bought are very pretty, and I received several compliments. One sweater was too tight in the arms, and they were very accommodating. I didn't realize that the bottom of the sweaters were ribbed, and I generally prefer sweaters without that. I mentioned this to them, and they thanked me for my input.

This was my first order from Susan Boutique. Two orders were placed in January. Upon receiving the Sweaters, the one was too small, even though I sized up, and the other sweater fit perfectly. I wanted to return the small one , but Susan said she would replace with the next size up and to keep the one received. I have not received the replacement yet, so cannot comment if it will fit better. I will donate the one I cannot wear to charity.

This was the first time I ever shopped at Susan Boutique and it was great!! I bought three sweaters and I was going to return two due to size and material.
They were so accommodating but letting me select something else and keep the other ones. They respond quickly and they have beautiful clothes. Highly recommend them.
