Cheap and unwearable
I ordered a dress and realized it must be coming from overseas as long as it took to deliver. I received it today and it is horrible. The fabric is cheasy plasticky feeling looks like it was just stitched up and mailed. fabric color is dull. No tag inside. I've seen quality home-made clothing. This is the lowest quality ever. It feels terrible on. I am not going to bother shipping it back, nor give it to a thrift store. Who would want it? It went into the garbage.

Wonderful customer service! Love the blouse!
The first blouse I ordered didn't fit. When I wrote to the company they responded very quickly and stated that they would send the next size larger for me, without my having to send the other blouse back to them! My goodness who does that? This is my second experience ordering from them (the first was a sweater I love!!). I will certainly be a continuing customer! Thank you!!

I ordered a coat that arrived a month after the order date. It arrived in the wrong color. It says that for a return, we must contact them so they can provide us with the return details. However, they don't respond to any emails. Be wary of this company.

Susan's Boutique very poor quality
Susan's Boutique is not an Anerican company. My bank sent me a fraud message when I tried to pay for my purchase. I pushed my order through. When I received my items, they were badly sized, poorly made, and I wished to return them. My emails mysteriously disappeared with my confirmation number. I tried multiple times in multiple ways to contact the company to no avail. They never responded. Do not buy from this company. They offer a "refund" but when requested, they tell you you've purchased from their discounted items. If you look through their website, all items are discounted. This is how they handle not having to give refunds

These shoes are so comfortable
These shoes are so comfortable. I am almost 70 and need comfy shoes. It’s was a little cold to wear so I walked around the house in them. They fit well and I love the space for my big toe. That option makes it much more comfortable. Plan to use them on cruise next month and the rest of the summer. Shipping was great, true to size and came as it was presented.

Poor quality & had to pay to return to China
The quality of the dress was poor and didn't fit so I wished to return it, on their website they do state you have to pay for any return which would be fair enough except what their website doesn't say is you have to pay for it to be returned to China, therefore the cost of returning the item was 50 % of what I paid for the dress so will not be buying from them again, buyer beware definitely applies in this case
I will say I did receive a timely refund but obviously effectively this dress still ended up costing me £15 even though I returned it.

Received a $13.00 refund for a $50.00 purchase. (They say no refunds which I am fine with, IF I did something wrong, but THEY sent the wrong sweater (2x) and said they were sorry that’s all they could do. If you own the company there is more you can do! Make it right! I can’t even wear the two they sent!
