It was a total scam
It was a total scam! I bought 3 sweaters - all size L. I tried to return 2 of them because of being too short. They would not give me refund despite their Money back guarantee. They offered me 10%, than 20% and at last 30% or I could return the sweaters back to China and pay for shipping, tracking, and tariffs. I lost $120

After inquiring about their refund policy, they requested that photos be sent. I was then informed that a refund is only 20% of the purchase price.

items are absolute crap, nothing at all as advertised, money back guarantee is a lie as you have to dig to see that it's all coming from Asia (China) and the 15 per item restocking fee and shipping along with customs is on buyer. No US contact information for a physical location or phone number. Items arrived and were cheap, not of the material they should have been, buttons at an angle and no collar on a cardigan. one was sweatshirt material not the wool knit it was supposed to be. After Multiple back and forth emails in trying to return and get money back, they offered a 30% refund to not ship their crap back to them.

FTC requires foreign merchants to have these, so we need to complain and get them shut down. Head holes 16 inches and a women's head is 22 on average. You can't put the sweaters on. Their solution, 20% refund. Materials are not luxurious, but what you might find in Venezula where FB page is registered. Visa Bill has biz in the Netherlands.

Do not purchase ! *Horrible fabric nothing like the description.* They do not respond to return requests. This company is a scam. I should have known better. The advertisement is a lie. They do not have a store in at Augustine. Ugh. So sad this kind of thing is done.

Coat looked really smart in ad. Took 3 weeks to come ( from China ). When it arrived it was a very poor quality badly fitting piece of rubbish. Tried to do a return but was told I had to pay postage to return to China. What a con. Ad makes Susan and Colin look respectable and honest. Not my experience. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

The dresses I ordered were of exceptionally poor quality, given the price, and did not come close to fitting according to the sizing chart provided. Refund policy is a scam. I came very close to paying to ship the dresses back to China (at my expense) before learning that I would not have received a refund after doing so because I was outside of their 30-day refund window. Do not order from this company!
Delivery
I ordered a pair of shoes on February 7, 2026 and as of today's date I have not received my shipment. An email has been sent weekly stating your order is being prepared. I looked into canceling my order but saw all the fees attached to it. This is bad business. I would not recommend them to no one.

If they send the wrong item, it is up to the customer to pay for the return of the wrong items to China, plus a $20 restocking fee. They will not move from this position, clearly not caring how this makes the customer feel, because Susan Boutique already has your money.

Seller said 30 day return guarantee but failed to disclose a $20 restocking fee and that buyer would have to ship to Asia and pay customs. When I emailed to return the item sent with incorrect sizing, the seller tried talking me out of returnign because of this and said they would replace the shoes for free. They sent mea coupon for 60% off but kept saying the coupon worked for 100% off. The seller asked for a screenshot proving this and I sent it. Seller has now refused to respond and disappeared.

I have never written a review in my life but this experience was terrible and I feel like no one should buy any of their products. I ordered a pair of shoes in specific color I got a totally different color I wanted to wear them to an event, when they didn't come in time I got something else. And when they did come they were the wrong color. They won't give a refund. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The website says 30 day returns with no questions for a Full refund. I have been told I am going to pay a $20 restocking fee and $60 to $70 to pay for shipping back to Asia. I have been back and forth with the company on at least a dozen emails. Ridiculous ... I would rather donate to Goodwill than send them back and pay as much as the shoes originally. This is a scam.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This website is a total scam! I knew better, I really did. I always check reviews for unfamiliar websites before buying from them. The website just looked so legitimate and the sweater was so cute. When I ordered the sweater, I put my credit card information in and hit a link to confirm the purchase. It did not take me to a confirmation screen. Instead, it charge my card. There were no shipping cost and the total charge on a nice sweater with $60. That was a huge red flag. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. So I googled reviews for the website and lo and behold, they were horrible. I did receive something. However, Ifor the website and lo and behold they were horrible. I did receive something. However, I ordered a beautiful chunk in it sweater with flowers embroidered all over the front. What I received was a polyester turtleneck with a weird 3-D flower print on it. I wear between a size medium, and large, so I ordered a size large. The neck would not even go over my head. If I tried to return this, I have to pay the shipping cost. Most of the reviews I read said they never received their money back. So I would just be throwing more money down the drain. At this point, I am donating it to charity in the hopes that someone can wear it and I’ll just chalk it up to a difficult lesson.

The website prominently advertises a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” and states that returns are accepted within 30 days. Based on the branding and presentation, it appears to be a U.S.-based company.
After receiving my item and requesting a return, I was informed that:
• Returns must be shipped to a supplier warehouse in Asia
• International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• A $20 restocking fee is deducted from the refund
• International shipping and customs processing may significantly delay the return
While these terms may be included in a separate Return Policy page, they were not clearly presented alongside the advertised “Money-Back Guarantee” during the purchasing process.
For customers considering a purchase, I strongly recommend reviewing the full Return Policy carefully and understanding the financial and logistical implications before ordering.
I believe transparency regarding international return requirements and associated fees should be clearly stated wherever a money-back guarantee is advertised.
Not what I ordered, ugly brown shoes
I ordered a pair of pointed toed, flat leather mules online after seeing them on Pinterest. They looked so feminine and beautiful. When the package arrived the shoes I received were ugly square-toed brown shoes that weren’t even on their website. I immediately sent an email to their customer support. There were several emails exchanged before I understood that in order to get the pair I wanted I would have to pay $60-$70 shipping fees. No wanting to risk getting “ripped-off” again, I decided to cut my losses. If you’d like an ugly square toed pair of brown shoes, check your local Goodwill as these will be donated. Normally, I check reviews before ordering from a new company and had I done that, I never would have purchased anything from this company as there are many poor reviews.

These people are a scam. They are located in China and do not honor the "easy return" they post on their website. If you want to make an exchange, they want you to purchase new shoes at a 60% discount, and then pay out-of-pocket for shipping it back to China, which to me is really bad business practice. They also state that they do not guarantee that they will receive it. It might get lost, etc. I am so upset. .
