I ordered a pair of Gracie Orthopedic loafers from SP Susan Michael. I order them in June, by July. I still have not received them.
The money has been taken from my account. But upon contacting the online company, they deny they have any order from me or received any money from me, even after I send a copy of the payment in my bank statement.

Buyer Beware!!!!

This site is a scam. Contact your credit card company for a refund.

Ordered these from their “store closure sale”, shipment was from China.
After approximately 6 weeks I received an email saying it was delivered and signed for via USPS. My husband works at USPS and he never received it or signed for it. The post master can not even look up the tracking number because it’s not a legit USPS tracking number.
I emailed the company and they said they would ship another one plus a free gift for my troubles, it “shipped” quickly but about 4 weeks later I received and email saying it was delivered and signed for. NEVER HAPPENED.
Emailed company and asked for pictures of signature and was told, “we can’t provide that as it is from a different company.”
Told them I want a refund and was told I could get 100% store credit or 50% refund.
After contacting my bank, I did receive full refund.

I ordered a XL . It says bust size is 44.
I can hardly get it over my busts . My bust is 34. Poor material. Edges unfinished and upper part seems un even. No tag in it. Worst purchase and doesn’t match pictures!!!!!

I was scrolling for boots on my phone when I saw the Susan and Michael advert. Clicked in and purchased without checking out the reviews. My laptop blocks the site as a scam! Once I saw the reviews I went straight to Temu and found the same boots for $30 less. Deleted their tracking email as I assumed they would never arrive. Only giving a star because they did arrive. Straight outa Temu lol.

I ordered dress. I received a tracking order that showed dress was shipped to my address. Shortly after I received a tracking about my order that showed it went to China. Totally surprised as I was led to believe it was shipped from Toronto to my address in Ottawa!! I never received the dress which I paid for.

SCAM and FRAUD. This is an absolute scam and I am kicking myself I did not catch it sooner. I spent $399 here and they clearly have marked a 30 day refund and return policy. They are now claiming they worry about sustainable practices and want to offer me a 20-30% refund and I can keep the crap they sent me. I also realized as I waited for the shipment I was scammed and sent a note asking them not to send because shipment details started to come from China. When I asked...they claimed that Susan and Sarah try to reduce costs by shipping from China....What BS. Anyway, they are fraudulant, unethical, full of SH@!. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I wish this was a mom and daughter boutique and quite honestly I should have known better but that doesn't mean fraudulant operations get to steal from honest people who work hard to earn their money.

Ordered an Amitrine ring. Received a fake glass ring. False advertising. Thought this was an American company but item came from overseas without a return address. Scammers.

Disgusting. What a rip-off. They look like something from a carnival game.

The nostalgia rose ring is sort of pretty, but you have to really, really look to find any pink. And it doesnt sparkle. I was very disappointed.

I wish I had read these reviews before I fell for this scam. I have not received the jumpsuit so I can't review the quality, but after three weeks it appears to still be in China! I thought sweet Susan and Michael were celebrating 25 yrs together so offering 25% off. Not from the US, ships from China. Do not fall for this. FB should not allow scams to advertise!

They say fast delivery and it has taken them 11 days just to get it out of the warehouse let alone to me. I’m asking for a refund. Beware!

What you see is NOT what you get. The pictures are gorgeous. However. They run small and the material is horrible. , paper feel, thin cut is way off. Then you try to return. They tell you we are out of the coin it will cost you more than what the value of your outfit is. They offer exchange or 15% off and keep it. Do NOT recommend

Worst quality! Cheapest!! These are not real designers!! Fake! They outsource from China cheap labor/material! This return policy is ridiculous! Like previous reviews you pay to ship back to Asia plus customs! Don’t let the website and models fool you! Absolute scam!!!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE!! The clothing is nothing like the pictures and absolutely not worth the money they are listing it for. This is not a boutique. These clothes are made in China with the same quality as costumes from a pop-up Spirit Halloween store. Would rate 0/5 if I could. What a scam.

I purchased a boho style jacket from Susan & Michael Boutique on April 29th. I never received it & the $$ I paid for it was deducted from my financial institute. In an attempt to contact the company, I found there is no way to do so. After reading many reviews after the fact, I came to discover this site is a scam & the products that other customers did receive are cheaply made, not the same as ordered & coming out of China. A law should be in place to completely STOP these sites from operating.

Paid for my items april 1st and it sayd ut arrived may 9th butvit never arrived. I reached out to ask what company they used for shipping so I could resolve the issue but they wont tell me who the shipping carrier was. I took the shipping number to my local post office but it was not a usps number. Im having to contact my cc company to reverse the pmt since the customer service is so poor and they wont answer messages. 0/10. I do not recommend this company. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

Total scam. Shipping takes weeks since coming from overseas direct to customer. And returns are delayed and suspicious and customer pays for shipping overseas. Very expensive . Product is low quality. Buyer beware

It was a total scam! I bought 3 sweaters - all size L. I tried to return 2 of them because of being too short. They would not give me refund despite their Money back guarantee. They offered me 10%, than 20% and at last 30% or I could return the sweaters back to China and pay for shipping, tracking, and tariffs. I lost $120
