I am embarassed to say that I also ordered from this company. I usually check with Trust Pilot before I order but I thought Portland was not far away and that it was legit. I have email 4 times regarding my order and nothing. I haven't received it yet and the tracking is not understandable. I am assuming it is coming from China and maybe I'll get it and maybe I won't. Sometimes I am beginning to think that sticking to big name stores or Amazon is the best way to go. The small boutiques are getting a bad rap from people like Susan & Diane.

Please do not be fooled by this company. They are not who they profess to be on their website. The garment I ordered and the one I received were very, very different. The fabric, the buttons, the sleeve and waist style were not even close to the item pictured. And I can't even begin to describe their ineptness at customer service. After bantering back and forth through email, it became very apparent that all they were willing to do was offer me a credit to purchase another item that I was "sure to love." I have decided to donate my item although I'm tempted to trash it instead...it's that bad.

Don’t purchase anything from Susan boutique in Houston we purchased a blue jacket and when it arrive it looks nothing what was on their website even that say 30 day money back they gave us a hard time to return the product since we purchased it from Susan boutique in Houston we are thinking to return it back there, but their representative advised us that we have to return it to China. This is very unacceptable. They offer us 30% refund of the full price instead of 30 day money back.

I ordered a dress in August. It didn't arrive. They said it was out of stock. No replacement or refund appeared. I contacted them 5 times. One response with a polite wait. Still no refund, no dress, no further reply. Avoid.

Received cheap plastic shoes...looks nothing like the boots pictured in the ad. Wish I had researched the company before purchasing. They offer a 10% refund and refund for return will cost an additional $30-50!

The items I received look nothing like the photos provided. A complete scam. Never are you told that the items are coming from China. Cheap quality garbage is what I received, too difficult to return, I gave the items to charity, because I will not ever use them. Stay away from this business total lies.

If I could rate less than one star I would. Do not trust this scam company! They will take your hard earned money and send you tent or parachute fabric disguised as a terrible jacket. They advertise free and easy returns but that’s a lie and it will be up to you to pay for shipping and tarrifs back to Asia! They will offer you maybe 30% of a refund back which covers NOTHING.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO.

It’s a fake company with an extremely difficult process to return a poor quality sweater.

Poor quality fabric felt like parachute material .
Poorly made and not at all like picture shown. Definitely not made in England. Also took a long time to arrive. Let’s hope their return and refunds policy is better. Fingers crossed here I go.

The marketing of the clothes and the suggestion you are buying from the UK only becomes evident when you receive the substandard goods and try to return them . I wish I had checked the reviews before purchase.

I bought a dress and the Facebook image was of an elegant high quality flowing fabric ...what I received was cheap and extremely poor quality. I asked for a return and refund ....I've spent nearly 2 weeks navigating the endless email offers of credit etc . The product comes from Asia and the sellers tell you to be mindful of climate impact on your return but don't let you know you are buying from asia ..
This would not be my choice .

Anyway they have a 30 day return policy and my question is that 30 days from order ? Receipt of goods ? Or when I've finally got through the protracted efforts to get the returns info ..

While my experience feels deceptive and poor , I will never buy again or be duped again ...I'll check genuine reviews first !!

I ordered 2 dresses and neither one fit - totally fine and not their fault, but when I went to go through the return process, the customer service rep just kept pushing back and offering to send me a larger size, when I had told her more than once I ordered the largest size available. After 9 emails of back and forth, trying to explain that I don't want anything other than to return the 2 unworn, too small dresses, they asked for a picture of the original package - which I no longer have. I guess I will try to sell them elsewhere, but I assumed that their return process would be simple as it says you have 30 days to return your items.

Received dress ,pictures shown were of beautiful flowing fabric the material Ireceived could only be described as shower curtain feel .Pleat at front of dress did not sit right and 2 cross over ties were so big they hung down to below my hips .I wanted to return item ,they sent big speel about saying the planet by keeping the item for a 15% refund ..I DO NOT want item ...still waiting for return address..got £5.99 back for £40 purchase .Stupidy I thought this was from a similar lovely boutique called Suzzane in London. Buyer beware ....if it looks too good to be true it often is not .

Avoid this scam at all costs. The merchandise is from Asia and the quality is awful. The best they will promise is a 20% refund and you can keep their junk jewelry. I feel like an idiot for falling for it. No more ordering from Facebook ads EVER!!!!

What a disgraceful, shady business. They misrepresent everything. They say easy free returns and then have you ship it to ASIA costing 50 dollars with tariffs. don't trust them and don't shop here. find another place to shop.

The jacket sleeve length was about 4 inches too long. (I am a very normal size 12/14) They make it very difficult to return, offering pennies on the dollar. CHECK THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY!!!

EDITED after response ~ I am done. Not worth the aggravation.

EDITED AGAIN ~ if you do not respond within 3 days they take off the review. Just wondering how many people get so tired of trying to deal with this company and just give up. Bet the number of people who gave up and get kicked off after 3 days is very high.

Do not order from this company. Susan Boutique will keep responding to you that your replacement items are in process. Do not believe them. I ordered from them in April - inferior product, poor fit, etc.
Replacement items received June 4. Inferior product again. Garment construction is poor, hanging threads, and, once again, did not fit, even though a size larger was ordered.

They are a fraudulent company who have changed their name. I bought some items under their previous name 'James London'. The product is unbelievably poor quality, all from China. I actually can't believe they pretend something is on sale from £200 to £30!! They are just a scam..check out reviews from James london too, it's the same thing

I received two blouses that are obviously made in China. They fit terribly and are made of cheap fabrics and poorly made. After reading the return policies it's clear that the process wouldn't be worth my time and aggravation. I wouldn't even give these to a charity...they are going right in the trash where they belong. I find it hard to believe that this "store" was ever a brick and mortar shop in the US. It's just another cheap online shop.

I ordered a jumper and a cardigan. the jumper had a high neck which would not fit over my head and the cardigan was replaced without my authority with a jumper. the fabric and making were extremely poor quality and I could not return them as they were...SALE PRICE. Offered solutions but I did not want items of the same quality returned to me. BUYER BEWARE...such poor quality from CHINA..... jg
