Due to high winds recently my parasol…
Due to high winds recently my parasol which we had left upright during the winter suffered damage and I contacted Supremo for help. Unfortunately my purchase was out of warranty but having sent photos of the damaged base unit, Emma went above and beyond in sourcing me a replacement part to purchase and was really helpful. Very pleased Io managed to rescue the parasol and will be able to enjoy it this year. After the summer it will be put down flat! Really happy with the customer service shown here

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Our furniture cover came unstitched on one corner and we are being sent a replacement with the minimum of fuss and a really impressive resolution. Emma has been fantastic and Supremo have been brilliant….the true mark of great service is when something goes wrong and I can’t speak highly enough of Emma and Supremo. Thank you!!

Storm Henk and glass!!
Storm Henk decided to pay a visit to our garden and saw too it that our glass topped table came off second best. Assuming that the Athena 4 piece garden set was discontinued, I tried in vain to obtain an identical replacement, but ran into wall after wall. Admittedly and feeling a bit dim, I thought I should phone Supremo Customer services and spoke with Sharon, who I have to say was very patient and frankly, brilliant, She soon ascertained that they had replacement tops in stock and I was able to order one almost immediately and it is now en-route. Great customer service and people!!

I was delighted with my purchase last May of a Cayman Bistro Set. When the table top suffered some unexplained overnight damage last weekend I contacted customer services for advice. The response from Sharon was prompt and sympathetic. She supplied a replacement table top which has just arrived. All this was completed within a week. The best customer service I’ve experienced for a long time.

Cover Up
Absolutely abysmal customer service.
In August this year we purchased a branded Supremo cover for our Grand Modular set. Within two months one of the straps had broken off and because of the constant rain we’ve experienced every day have had to empty gallons of water which pool on the cover.
Customer claim form sent to Supremo yesterday who now advise that despite the advertising of the product indicating this is for our set, it is in fact a generic product and fits all or most of their sets (badly no doubt). Their solution to pooling on the cover is to ‘use a bucket on the seats/table to allow water to drain off or even a cane or maybe a broom handle at the centre’.
I have been offered another generic cover (larger) whilst stocks of the current cover are available in 2024 when another will be sent to me. I’ve declined this because they are simply not fit for purpose and why would I want two more of these to add to the damaged cover I already have?
I’ve asked for a full refund which has been declined and I’ve been told they can’t help me further and I need to go back to the retailer I purchased it from. I will be doing this but it’s clear that Supremo who only sell through retailers are simply not interested in their products and I have to question why they have a specific consumer claim form on their website.

The customer service department was excellent. The lady I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and efficient but also had a friendly manner while speaking on the phone. She knew the replacement part I required straight away. I received this part within 3 days. A marvellous service.

Ratten garden set
We purchased a set of Ratten furniture which all broke apart. The set was just over two years old and Newbank said it could not be replaced. We contacted Supremo direct and dealt with Rachael Stone who was brilliant. She agreed that the furniture should not be coming apart after such a short period of time. She arranged for the furniture to be replaced and we are now very happy with the new set.

Replacement part for garden table
I needed a replacement part for my garden table, the
plastic sleeve had broken. Sent an e.mail to Supremo
who phoned me the next morning. A very pleasant
woman said she was sorry too hear about it and she
would put a replacement in the post. Got it two days
later. Absolutely the best after sales service ever.

Amazing customer service
Purchased a parasol from a local garden centre which had a fault. They had no more in stock so contacted Supremo. They were amazing. Immediately shipped a replacement no questions asked. Cannot fault them on their customer service. Putting the customer first is a rare thing these days but they have done just that. Thank you so much.

A big shout out to Emma from Supremo. We purchased a wall mounted parasol which, unfortunately, was defective. Emma was our first point of contact and throughout the replacement of our parasol. She kept us updated as to what was happening and liaised with the courier when there was a delivery glitch. Very happy to give 5 stars.

How refreshing.
I had a broken tilt and crank umbrella which I have seen numerous examples of in the local recycle centre. However an e-mail to Supremo and an almost instant reply, followed by a chat with Sharon Bailey and I was offered a repair kit. A very reasonable price and 2 instruction videos mean that with prompt arrival, the umbrella was repaired within an hour of receiving the kit and 3 days after contacting Supremo. Thank you Sharon you are a credit to the company.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. Purchased a cantilever parasol from a garden centre end of last summer (so not had much use) slight problem with it when put up last week. Garden centre not helpful but Emma in customer service at Supremo came through for us. So our Koi will be very great full.

We inherited a Supremo parasol but no manual.
We inherited a Supremo parasol on moving house and had some queries about managing it. Emma was very helpful and was able to supply a pdf of a manual with the offer of further help if needed.
This shows that the company has a long term commitment to its products since there was no profit for the company here. Great product as well, by the way.
