Jonny was very helpful. He cleaned the paintwork and retreated it all within 2 hours. I was very happy with the result and he explained what he was doing and the products he used. He was very professional.

Like most of the reviews I cannot fault any of the Supagard products. The ease of application, quality of the items and overall finish is superb.
In my many years of car ownership I’ve used many detailing products, but I’ve never had the same results as I get with this range of products. We pay thousands of pounds for our cars/motorcycles, so why not keep them in tip top condition with (in my opinion) the best detailing products in the marketplace.

I have been a regular user of Supergard since purchasing my Mercedes 15 years ago and my wifes Volkswagen Golf 12 year ago. The quality of the products is superb . Expensive... Maybe but long lasting most certainly and the cars look as good as they did when driven off the forecourt.
If you have never tried the products , you dont know what you are missing particularly the Gloss Enhancer.

Bought a ford focus from Trustford in enfield and although people say dont buy any add ons from car dealers, i went ahead and bought the Supagard and the extended warranty for peace of mind and for a first car, it made sense to me. Ive now had the car for almost a year and a half and the supagard definitely does what it says, my car still looks like a brand new car even after a year and a half. Came with 3 year guarantee aswell so definitely happy with that. They originally offered it to me for £799 but managed to haggle to £649 as i took warranty aswell.

For anyone thinking these things dont work, it might not work with other products but Supagard definitely does work. Would recommend to anyone buying a used car.

My most recent order was damaged in transit and sent back by DPD. When I called Supagard the issue was resolved immediately and a new and much better order dispatched with a couple of extras to try out. Big shout out to Martin who was extremely helpful and, in my opinion, went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough. I just love their products!

Fantastic after sales service from Supagard! Following a very disappointing application of the treatment by my car dealer some months ago, I contacted Supagard who sent out one of their excellent agents. He washed, prepared and re-treated the entire car - inside and out - and wow what a difference! Full marks to these guys for incredible after sales service. I wish all suppliers were this diligent.

GREAT PRODUCTS THAT ENHANCE THE LOOK OF THE CAR

I have been using Supagard wheel cleaner and protector for years and found their products excellent. I was recently placing an order to replenish my stock but ordered the wrong item by mistake. I contacted their Customer Service and they sorted it out without any problems. Good to know that some companies can still deliver good products along with excellent Customer Service. Thank you Supagard.

i got Supagard put on my new Mini so it stays shiny all the time, brill product. i use lots of there products.glass cleaner brill, tyre shine brill .spray to remove brake dust brill,freshner really nice,very happy with all there products and good service when i order , will continue to buy and use there products, thanks Supa gard.

Excellent product, works extremely well

Had an excellent exchange with Supagard personnel on subject of their car wash options. They were quick to respond and detailed in their comments.
Their products certainly make my Kia shine.

5 years and still smooth and shiny
The car still looks amazing. Very happy with the supergard. Have a little one and whenever he make a mess it leaves no marks. Highly recommend it. The only thing I wasnt happy with was the price I paid for it £660. A bit expensive but worth it!

I discovered Supagard on purchasing my car the finding agent gave me a box of the car cleaning products. I have purchased many more items since and given a gift box to my son. We both agreed they are extremely high standard and plan to replenish our stocks and also will try the wax polish. Martin was extremely helpful in advising which products to select. Cannot recommend highly enough: Great product - great service.

I bought a car from Motorline and opted to have the Supagard applied. Had an issue with my vehicle and the company very quickly resolved my issue. Martin and James were great. A fantastic company with old fashioned customer service, would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car and had the Supagard paint protection applied, and i have to say the difference this has made to my Car's paintwork is excellent, in addition when i had an issue with Bird Droppings, the customer service team couldn't have been any helpful. Well done.

I’m in the very unfortunate position of being allergic to the stuff they spray on the fabrics inside of the car, when I bought my new car I told the dealer I didn’t want it because I'm allergic to it but they decided to do it anyway, lie to me and charge me for it claiming only the outside had been treated. I contacted Supagard to see if they could help me to prove my car had been treated so I can return the car and get my money back, but unfortunately I just got to speak to the technical director who became incredibly defensive when I said that I’m allergic to the stuff. He had a well rehearsed speech about how I couldn’t possible be allergic to it, it must be bad Karma, a disturbance in the force, drinking too much Irn Bru, “electrical activity” or too much ABBA on the radio that’s causing my problem (not exactly what he said but it was nonsense along those lines).
When I asked him about record keeping I just got laughed at, great!!!
So unknown chemicals are thrown at the inside of peoples cars with no proper records.
They claim it’s endorsed by the motor manufacturers but when I asked Toyota for help, it’s nothing to do with them!!!
The dealers love it because it costs them peanuts to treat a car then they charge you £££’s.
Who knows what’s actually in the stuff, because I can’t get an ingredients list off them.
Am I the only person in the universe that’s allergic to it?
If I am, why do Supagard get so incredibly defensive if you mention allergic reaction to their product?
Why do they have such well rehearsed speeches about how nobody has ever had a problem with it, even though they quite clearly don’t record when people contact them with a problem?
I didn’t have a problem with Supagard, I just happen to be allergic to it so I say no when I buy a new car, but now I’ve been forced into this mess I just think the whole thing stinks.

I’m not contacting you, that proved to be a waste of time. I’m leaving an honest review of the way I have been treated, it may help someone else with a similar problem.
A five star review would have required assistance when I contacted you back in march, so I could have resolved my dispute quickly. The one star review is for fobbing me off, refusing to help, trying to make it sound like I was being unreasonable for wanting to reject the car and for laughing at me on the phone!!!
You didn’t think the problem had been resolved because Supagard where still talking with the dealer more recently, only three months ago Mr Ruggiero contacted me at the request of the dealer to tell me how nobody has ever had an allergy to the stuff, because I was trying to put difficult questions to the dealer like, why did my car come back from a simple water test that took four weeks stinking of nail varnish remover.
As for your open book policy on the chemicals you use, I can find the full ingredients lists for all the products I buy in the supermarket, any products I come across in work but all you have on your website are a few Cosh sheets, no full ingredients lists. Not that it matters to me because I know I’m allergic and to avoid the stuff.
Seven months ago I had an independent forensic laboratory willing to test the inside of the car, they just needed samples to compare, no samples meant I couldn’t go ahead with it.
I turned to Toyota for help but they simply tricked me into handing the car back to the dealer, they had it for four weeks completely unsupervised where they scrubbed the seats and performed the most dubious “water” test imaginable. Only after the car came back from the dealer did anyone (including Supagard) mention that a water test was good enough to use as proof, by this time it was too late, water wouldn’t beed perfectly like in a freshly treated comparison car (although the fabrics are still more water resistant than untreated fabric) so the result is my car wasn’t treated and it’s normal for water to smell like nail varnish remover. With no help, weak evidence since the dealer had the car back and increasing second hand car prices I decided to cut my losses and sell the car.
At least I know what to do if this ever happens to me in the future and I know you won’t do anything to help the customer, although it looks like you’ll help the dealer.
Maybe in future when people come to you asking why is their skin blistering and pealing you’ll mention me and that your product can cause a problem, although I doubt you will.
