Good quality items at very reasonable prices but what makes this company so special is the top class service and individual attention I was given when sorting out an error on my order. I highly recommend.

I purchased the supaguard paint protection when I purchased my car from the mercedes dealership. The price seemed a bit steep but getting a new car I got it anyway to protect the paint work. A year down the line and my paint work looked awful. Trying to clean off general road dirt took a good hard scrub and I always had to apply a wax as the water did not bead off the paintwork like it was supposed to. Anyway I contacted supaguard direct and without question they did not hesitate to rectify this for me. Instead of sending me back to the dealer the guy from supaguard came to my home to reapply the treatment themselves to ensure it was done correctly. It’s only been a couple of days since it’s application but it’s looking great and Im hoping this time it will last like it’s supposed to. Can’t fault supaguard themselves and their customer service has been great.

The customer service is second to none. After a few months with my new car I was not 100% sure the dealership had applied the wax and Supagard team did not think twice to send someone to reapply it for me. I have every single product of their line and you cannot fault them, they do what they say!!!

Supagard organised an independent company to completely remove a "shoddy"job which the dealer frankly lied about what had/not been done.

Absolutely first class product and first class after sales service. Had Supagard applied to my car at the dealership and it maintains its shine beautifully. After the briefest of washes it has the ‘just polished’ look. The rear door got keyed and needed a repaint. Supagard came out to reapply the treatment and it only cost me a cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit. Fabulous and would recommend.

I recently brought a used Renault captur from a Toyota dealership and paid to have supergaurd applied to the car after a couple of weeks some bird lime was on the roof of the car and damaged the paint. I phoned supergaurd and they arranged for it to go in and be resprayed the whole roof of the car was done and re-supergaurded very pleased with the outcome and can not recommend more highly if I could give them 10 stars I would they were excellent from Lucca at the head office in Scotland to Tony the area manager who arranged everything for me they are brilliant

I had my new Toyota treated with Supagard 18 months ago & was extremely impressed with the results.
Recently the car, which is white, became covered with black spots which I could not remove. I phoned Supagard for advice & was impressed with the excellent service! Martin was extremely helpful and emailed me several times until the problem was resolved. It is the best service that I have ever had from any company. I am so pleased that I had my car treated by Supagard as I now know that I can rely on them for assistance in the future.

Fantastic customer service. I had some concerns over the longevity of my paintwork but Martin was quick to address my concerns. My experience with John (valet) was faultless, he got my car back to showroom standard and was very accommodating to work around my busy schedule.

I decided to pay for extra option of supagard coating via CarGiant. However I was left extremely disappointed- the car had smear marks across the body and the windows- there was also a wax like residue left behind within the crevices of the car. I doubt a “coating” had been applied as it looked more like a wax. I’ve contacted car giant several times and still await a call. Seems to be a waste of money in my opinion and experience.

I cannot sing the praises of this company enough when I had an issue which was nothing at all to do with them, they came up with a solution. I spoke with Martin who was very patient and accommodating and it was refreshing to speak to someone who actually cares.
Well done Supagard, I will be recommending you to all my friends, and thank you once again.

I would like to say that after my car was meant to have had Supagard by Cargiant this was not the case by any means.
I contacted Supagard and explained my situation, Martin at Supagard immediately came to my rescue to ensure my car had the full protection that I should have had in the first place.. Martin and his team sent the lovely John to Supagard my car inside and out, I could not be happier as John did a fantastic job whereby my car looked showroom quality.
A massive thank you to you Martin and all your help as this would not have been possible without your care and attention that I received from you.

I have bought a few products now from Supagard and have found all fantastic.
The glass cleaner is super and the latest product I bought, the Aqua waterless car wash, is also great. I normally would wash my car using a snow foam gun, but if the car(s) are dusty rather than really dirty I now use this product which brings the cars up like they were brand new.
I would definitely recommend anyone to use Supagard products.

Absolutely fantastic products, just purchased a new car and will be applying Paint sealant as my last car looked good for years with the sealant applied.
They are a great company to deal with and go the extra mile for customers. I wouldn't consider using a similar product, only Supagard!

We had the outside of our new caravan treated with Supagard when we bought it in July last year, 2020. Not only does the water NOT run off the surface, as it does in the picture, but we have black streaks running top to bottom down the sides of our £30K vehicle. I have used the shampoo supplied, and other products specifically made to remove these streaks, but am unable to get rid of them. We paid the full price for the treatment and trusted that it would protect our vehicle as stated, but that has not been the case.

Contacted SupaGard as I was having issues with their branded StarGard product supplied by MB in Leeds.
Couldn’t have been more helpful, unlike Mercedes Stratstone in Leeds, and the lovely lady there, Lucca, simply said she would send me the missing product free of charge. Lucca you are an absolute star.
Note to the owner: hang on to this lady and give her a raise.

Excellent products, knowledgeable and friendly staff, speedy service, better than Halfords and other motoring stores.

I have found the Supa Gard products an excellent buy, my car is looking great with the use of their products, maybe a little bit pricey but then you get what you pay for. Would recommend them highly.

6 years and still smooth and shiny
The car still looks amazing. Very happy with the supergard. Have two little ones and whenever they make a mess it leaves no marks. Highly recommend it. The only thing I was happy with was the price I paid for it £600. Main dealer prices are ridiculous. There are better prices out there

My car was purchased from Car Giant yesterday ad I got the Supaguard treatment package that they sell , it supposed to make the upholstery water proof and dirt proof but the results are different the seats suck any drop of water that goes on to them ,so my conclusion is that I have been scammed verry disappointed about it

I used to own a car valeting company years ago long before the £5 wash guys came along.
We sold this product and it really was pretty good, we used to get a cardboard box with all the bits, the only difference was one box was for leather interiors and the other for fabric interiors.

If you look on eBay you can pick this stuff up very cheaply, to buy their Supagard Bionic xtra exterior protection would cost about £6.00. I had a look this morning..dearest was £10.00 .. both included post.

To summarise...for £6.00 it will give you at least 3 years of protection, I had it on a car for 6 years and it still worked...

You can do it yourself in an hour if the car is already clean.
