I have had supermarket on my car since I bought it. They have redone it once . Today aproxamtley three months after having it redone. I washed my car with there shampoo after when drying it off I noticed several small stains on the car it took me a long time to remove them. With a alternativev product. I have come to the conclusion there is none of the protection there product suposed to protect your car from left on my car it suposed to last three years.what a total waste of money. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I will never have it on any of my future cars.

Rob Halls at Supagard took care of the paint issue with my car bonnet recently. He came to see the car himself at my home address, diagnosed the problem immediately, followed up on all the admin to help me get the problem fixed and ensured Supagard covered the full cost with the repair garage for me. He was always contactable and so helpful. I really felt that Supagard had my back and am so grateful for Rob’s help and support. I have been using this product since I bought my Volvo xc60 69, the dealership recit but you automatically think they are on commission to do so.
THE dealership applied the polish & a few weeks later I noticed some bird lime marks, I contacted the dealership & to be honest they had money & weren't interested. I contacted
Supagard a young man called Luca I think he couldn't of been more helpful, about 10 mins later he rung back & said to take it back to the dealer & they would rectify the area. I explained I have terminal cancer & he phoned them back & called me back saying they would pick the car up the next day. True to his word this happened & the lime marks were removed & the whole car inside & out was treated again.
The products in the bag I cannot praise enough, OK you pay extra for a good product but if it protects your car why not. I've even now started using it on my classic mga.
The products have now run on & sadly it's back to the normal old stuff

THE small bottle of 365 wax goes on & on as you only need a small amount & well worth investing in.

I still don’t understand what is supaguard. Just wasted 500 pounds , Toyota dealing with supaguard and they have no any after sales services, they just ignore it . For 500 pounds just buying some shampoo and some liquids. Please car buyers don’t take this type of things, all protection things we will get from outside buy it and use it . Don’t waste 500 pounds

Amazing customer service if 10 stars was applicable that is what they would get . Warranty for the application was very easy as long as you can prove it has been applied correctly by the dealership.
Martin Mc Cue was super helpful and a delight to speak to yesterday. He dealt with all my guarantees and certification .

There was nothing wrong with the cover, it was comprehensive, quite pricey, but reassuring to have. But why does it cease to exist when you transfer the ownership of the car? The contract emboldens irrelevant words to attract the eye, which means you miss the bit that says if you sell the car, the guarantee is ended. Nothing has changed regarding the car, but maybe the chance to sell the cover again?

Great experience with Jonny who came out to clear a stain from my car seat. Also been good using the cleaning products to clean my own car when I got an oily mark on my seat from some spilled takeaway food.

This wheel cleaner is very good and cleans the dust and dirt from the wheels with ease. I hardly needed the brush that was supplied with it.
I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family.

Had etching on roof from bird lime. Car was treated at purchase so contacted the claims team and received remarkable service throughout. The local agent sourced a local body shop where the roof was resprayed, then it was re-coated 3 weeks later after new paint had established. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Had car 4 years and with Supagard protection it still looks the same as new. The car is actually 9 years old. Their after sales is also top notch!
