Martin is sending out a kit for the customer to help him resolve the issue, and will talk him through the application if needed. Where in today's world can you get first class service such as this!!! I have continued to buy Supergard accessories for 16 years after buying a new car which had received the pre delivery new car treatment.
Some might say that the individual items are expensive but over the years the quality overrides the expense and car still looks almost like it was when collected from the showroom.

I have used a lot of this companies products for quite a few years now.
Some items may seem a little more expensive than other similar products on the market but their is no substitute for quality and this company sells quality products. They are also very fair the one and only time something was damaged in the delivery chain. Thank you Supagard, great service.

Been dealing with Martin at Supagard in Glasgow and he has been so helpful with explaining and advising the best products to suit my needs. Upon trying the spray out on a very problem velvet area on my arm rests it now looks good as new. Highly recommend the spray cleaning product. Lastly i would just like to say that Martin is a credit to Supagard as a business. Its people like that that make a business succeed. Well done Supagard & Martin!

We have found the range of products for both exterior and interior excellent. I found the customer service provided by Martin at Supagard excellent when I rang with a query.

Complete rubbish and not worth the investment. Had been over sold.

bought my car at Glynhopkin and opted for the treatment after being reccomended it by the saleman and negotiated a discount.

car looked great , painwork looked glossy and slick , it looked really great.

However after around 6 months it seems that the protection seems to have greatly lessened. Water isnt beading off the paintwork like it did before. I dont use my car much, only 3-4 times a month for groceries since i commute to work by train, its just been parked outside on the roadside 90% of the time.

i've only been using the supplied products that came in the complimentary supagard cleaning kit very generously provided with the service

I dont really think that it was really worth the money spent in the end. Unless the dealer didnt do a good job applying it

Bought a brand new GR Yaris from Steven Egall Toyota, and opted for the SupaGuard package (nearly £500)! I'm not 100% sure whats been done to the car but nothing is noticeable. In the boot, there was a box of cleaning appliances; 6 aerosol cans, 2 microfibre cloths, and a shammy leather. 3 out of the 6 aerosol cans don't spray correctly and leave you covered in wheel or glass cleaner. All of the chemicals spray the same, so it can sometimes be confusing what you're putting on the car. I mean spray foam window cleaner???

Really disappointing on a brand-new car. I would not recommend it.

P.S. if you're buying the aerosol wheel cleaner, remember not to wear your new favourite jeans.

I have had the best service by far from Mr Martin McCue. The explanation given really helped me understand why certain things happen with paintwork. I was sent a paint protection kit to try and resolve my problem and that not being successful, it has now been escalated to a local body shop to correct. The best reassurance I've ever had from an individual and I will certainly be recommending to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work Martin!

Supagard is definitely worth investing in on a multitude of levels. I have been a loyal customer for 2 cars since 2019. First time I've encountered an issue and resolved in such a great way.

Purchased a Supagard BIRD & BUG Remover from eBay. £12.95 .
Half a dozen bird droppings on my car bonnet.
Sprayed Supagard on the poos. Startled to see the mousse just slide off the pooa. Came back a minute later as directed to wipe off. All came off but with hard rubbing, as supagard has almost evaporated ( not sunny) and one is completely dry and stuck on like dry mud. why? supagard had travelled down with gravity. Had to use washing up liquid as I always used before Supagard.
Put a drop of washing liquid on poos and cover with tissue for 10 minutes, came back later and all just washed off easily.

For me this is a total disappointment. I have no clue how other users can be delighted with this product.
£12.95 would be good value, if it works. For me it is down the drain.
Unless the car is a perfect horizontal rectangular box on 4 wheels.

I have used 'diluted' washing liquid for decades, and have no oxidising or adverse issues or damage to paint work.
Just that it takes a some minutes to soak in.
And then just rinse it off using a soft car wash brush, and go . No poo covered unhygienic cloth to wash.
I thought I would try out an expensive product should
might work better. So I ordered Supagard Bird & Bug remover.

With Supagard, placing the microfibre cloth under the dry dropping does not make the mousse stay on the poo, just slides down resting on the cloth
Besides
when there are half a dozen droppings spread over the car, using Supagard becomes a ritual, holding the cloth under each spot. that is impractical and time consuming. Even if using multiple cloths to hand , and a whole lot of laundry afterwards.

I am grateful for your kindness. but I will not waste my time on it
Removing bird droppings should be like a quick spray, leave it for a few minutes "unattended"
and brush/rinse off . without a messy system including laundrying.

If the mousse could stay put covering the the patch instead of flowing off,
it may have a chance of being convincing. So I cannot see the product working for me. Maybe for others

After an initial disappointment after purchasing supagard for our car through cargiant in London and having issues I contacted supagard who immediately put it right , they came out and cleaned the car thoroughly and redid the supagard treatment and the difference it looks amazing it looks inside like a new car I am really pleased with it , Vito who did it did a brilliant job and supagard were more than helpful .

I can't recommend the scuff remover kit highly enough. Living in a farm cottage up a single track road I recently scratched all along the length of the nearside on an overhanging bramble bush. This kit has removed it completely, well impressed!!! Special thanks to Lucca who I emailed about this and Mark who I have just spoken to, very helpful young men.

Excellent products first came across the company when I ordered kit for new since then I top up what I need & when the aqua no water is the best & it works brilliantly thanks sups guard

I got in touch with Supagard to see what they recommended in terms of a cleaner for my soft top. I spoke with Martin who was brilliant and he suggested the upholstery cleaner. The soft top has come up great - really pleased with the end result. Thank you!

I purchased the supaguard protection when I bought my new volvo xc60 back in July 2020,a few weeks ago i noticed a birdlime mark on the bonnet.Before contacting Volvo I contacted supaguard just to ask a question so I had all the facts before I went back to the dealership.A guy called Lucca got straight back to me with the information I asked,then told me to leave with him he would contact the dealership.The car had to go in for a service & the birdlime area was removed,I contacted the dealership to explain that i was worried if that had happened would it happen somewhere else on the car,I also said this to Lucca & when the car went back to have the work finished off it was supaguarded inside & out again to my surprise.The car was returned gleaming being metallic grey & clean inside.I cannot fault the product & as for the aftercare service that seems to have gone now days but not with supaguard it hadn't.I will be using them again & would highly recommend it to anyone.10 out 10 product 11out 10 aftercare service.Many thanks Lucca & Russell for your professionalism which seems to be lacking now days but not here.
