Once again I'm posting about Sunday insurance and Tokio Marine ...there refusal to help me after the fact they took money from me and my policy clearly states they cover cost of loss ebike and there's not helping me even knowing the fact I'm disabled

Very accommodating and helpful

I had my bike stolen I was gutted because it got me to and from work and getting busses and public transportation was costly I reported it to Sunday insurance and dealt with a lovey lady laure! Thank you so much you dealt with my problem brilliantly and a brand new bike I would 100% recommend Sundays

Good cycle insurance that covers everything I needed at a good price. 2nd year renewal is more expensive though.

Sundays Insurance; Look no further and get Insured!!
I've never had insurance before and always thought I would get a bad deal out of it from hearing other peoples stories. I've had quite a few stolen up till now; The bike I bought had a 30 day trial with Sundays Insurance so thought I may as well get it covered. Very glad I did continue as I unfortunately had mine stolen from train station six months or so later whilst being at work. I cant thank Laure enough for helping me through the process and keeping me up to date as was daunting at the time. Once all information was sent I had a successful claim and once confirmed had money in my account next working day. The like for like was fantastic but had another bike in mind and was over the moon with cash settlement. Do make sure you get insured and follow the policy rules, they are pretty much common sense but best to be safe than sorry! Have also just bought another bike and added that to policy also. Can't thank Laure and this team enough.

Great experience with Sundays Insurance, especially Laure, Muller and Wian-David
I unfortunately had to file a claim because my bike was stolen. Special mention is deserved for Laure, Muller and Wian-David. I am very grateful for how they handled my case — they were efficient in processing my claim (requesting evidence, updating me on status, etc), very responsive on phone/email and most importantly, showed compassion during a hard time when my property was stolen. I can’t recommend Sundays Insurance enough and I would definitely take out another policy with them if I have to. Especially Laure, Muller and Wian-David, who are just really good people at Sundays Insurance that make it easy to deal with.
More generally, it was also very easy to sign up with Sundays Insurance and the insurance premium is reasonable.
