DO NOT BUY the Sundays Insurance…
I bought the Sundays Insurance believing that paying the company 45 pounds I will be covered (fixing, taxi to work while fixing the bike). Yet when I had a tire punctured the company said that I would have to pay them 120 pounds before i get anything back. LIARS!!!
I am not taking any more dealing with them. They only take the money but not help. You pay for insurance then you pay them again if anything happens. So why do you need them if you pay them and them get nothing back!

It’s completely understandable why you feel let down, especially when you’re just trying to get your bike fixed and get to work.
To clarify, an excess is a standard fixed amount that a customer agrees to contribute toward any claim.
During our sales journey as well as per your contract agreement sent, a clear disclosure is provided of your excess.
For example if you have a £100 excess and your bike is stolen (a "£1,000" loss), the company pays you £900. If the repair costs £60, you are responsible for the full £60 as it is then cheaper for you to settle this than pay your excess amount. Ethically, we could never take more money from our clients that what a claim costs to settle.
We're sorry we couldn't be of more help this time.

The team at Sunday were extremely helpful in managing our claim after our cargo bike was stolen. Laure managed the claim exceptionally quickly and helped us find a suitable bike for our family needs after the theft. We will definitely be insuring our new bike with Sunday.

I found Sunday’s by buying a bike at Balfes and so received a free month of cover.

Spoke with Danny on the phone relating to a policy query and including my Dads bike onto my policy. He was extremely helpful, polite and patient. Made the process extremely easy. Absolute top service! My Turbo Vado SL 2 6.0 EQ Carbon was stolen at the beginning of the month - Sundays Insurance replaced the bike within 3 weeks which I think it is good timescale given the fact that I had only owned the bike for a couple of months prior to it being stolen. I found the staff at Sundays to be incredibly helpful and supportive. My bike has now been replaced and I have n o hesitation to insuring it with Sundays going forward. Sundays Insurance are great people to do business with

Easy process
I bought the insurance for my e-bike for a year (March 25)through Churchill Cycle Insurance at a reasonable price. I’ve never had cause to use the insurance but it gave me peace of mind and it was an easy process. Staff are friendly. However, the insurance has now increased by around 30% for this year so I’m considering adding it to my house insurance.

Very good claims process
My bike was stolen on Tuesday evening. By Thursday morning, I had my claim processed and delivery arranged for a new bike. It could not have been an easier or smoother process. Sundays did not seek out any 'catches' and all documentation requested was reasonable and straightforward to provide. I will be taking out a new Sundays policy on the new bike.
