Recommended to me and have signed up. My review is purely based on the ease in which it is to sign up for bike cover. A few clicks to provide information and with a small premium paid via Apple Pay, I now have peace of mind should I have a problem when out cycling.

I was recommended ETA buy two people that I ride with and I’m glad that they did.
After starting the on line quote I realised that I had a few questions needing answers.
I phone call answered every question / query that I had and the staff were polite and knowledgable.
From start to finish the service was 1st class.
Would recommend ETA to anyone,,,,,

Setting up is so simple, only got cycle recovery ss my cycle insurance is with someone else, finding ETA was simple filled in a few details click apple pay , job done, will give me peace of mind when out on my next ride.

I recently had to make a claim with ETA Insurance following problems with my mobility scooter.

Unfortunately, due to the circumstances of the claim, ETA weren't able to cover everything that needed repairing. However, what really impressed me was the understanding and empathy they showed towards my personal circumstances.

Despite not being obliged to do so, ETA very kindly agreed to cover the cost of hiring a replacement mobility scooter while mine was being dealt with. Having a mobility scooter is extremely important to my independence, so this gesture genuinely made a difference to me at a difficult and stressful time.

Insurance companies are often judged purely on whether a claim is accepted or declined, but I think it's equally important to recognise good customer service and a company that is prepared to look at someone's individual circumstances with a degree of compassion and understanding.

I really appreciated the way ETA handled my situation and their willingness to help where they could.

Although I not had to make a claim yet, I find contacting ETA to be simple, they are polite and proffessional.

All simple. Just one query: I signed up on 9 Aug asking for a policy start date of 19 Aug. No money taken as at 10 Aug; for reassurance a note such as "your card will be charged on the policy start date" would be nice, assuming that this is indeed the case.

I've had a cycle rescue policy with ETA for a couple of years and had to use it today.
I broke down in rural Lincolnshire witj a snapped chain at 1115. A quick call to ETA, and was told a 7 seat taxi would be on the way to collect my bike and I shortly. ETA also made a welfare call to me whilst I was waiting. The taxi collected me at 1205 and took my bike and I home.
Fantastic stress free service from ETA!

Simple, uncomplicated process, economically priced and, hopefully, comprehensive service should I need it.

They were very helpful giving me all the information I need to help me make a decision on which insurance is best.

Time to renew my bicycle insurance cover and ETA provided the best quote with many advantages, i.e. no admin fees, better public liability, personal injury, legal, and accidental cover, especially when compared to most of the major UK players in this sector.
Before accepting the online quote I had to contact the customer support team to clarify some details. I spoke to Savannah and she dealt with my queries in a fast, friendly, polite and highly efficient manner. Savannah clarified the queries that concerned me, that helped a lot by enabling me to make the right decision/accept ETA's very competitive quotation.
Overall, I was very impressed with ETA's insurance rates, and the excellent customer care and service provided by Savannah, due to her highly professional and pleasant attitude too!

Only a very minor difference from adding my e trike to the household insurance, but this ETA policy gives me breakdown recovery. So for me, with a rather large e trike that won’t fit in the boot of our small car in the event of a breakdown, this ETA policy was a much better deal.
Very easy to take out the policy.

This is my 2nd time needing to use ETA Cycle Rescue in 1 year, and both times were a pleasant experience. A few days ago I was cycling back from Richmond Park when the right side pedal of my new e-bike fell off. The bike shop that I bought it from didn't tighten the nut screw, and this caused me to almost swerve into passing traffic alongside me.

The helpline for ETA Cycle Rescue was so easy to access and I spoke to a nice lady whose name I can't remember. She said, either I can book my own uber and get a refund after, or she can book one for me. I preferred to book it myself as I had 40% on the Uber app and the journey cost half of what ETA Cycle Rescue would've paid.

I just wanted to let you know 'ETA Cycle Rescue' that I won't request a reimbursement because it was my own fault that I didn't take the bicycle toolkit before leaving my house.

This is such an invaluable service for us cyclists, and I'm even more dedicated to cycling more every week.

Excellent experience sorting my claim after my bike was unfortunately stolen. Quick responses and wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a cycle recovery policy, it was very efficient and easy to set up.
The price for 12 months cover was very reasonable.
Hopefully I'll never need it, but it gives me peace of mind.

This review is just for the ETA buying experience which was extremely straightforward and appears to be good value, especially the option to include race coverage

So easy to use the website and sorted out cycle rescue cover in less than 5 minutes

I've been with ETA for a few years now and always found the company and the staff great. I spoke with Savannah today via a web chat and once again was dealt with with professionalism, great company to do business with.

Took outthe cycle recovery insurance, quite easy to do all online, chatted to a call centre worker by chat,she sai she could see me on the system but no mobney had been paid so, re entered all the details a few times and relised i hadnt ticked 2 boxs retried, and it all worked, money taken from account, email with details of cover with in minutes, so a very speedy service, hopefully i want have a breakdown in the future but always best to have a recovery plan.
