Signed up for cycle rescue service
The signup process for the cycle rescue service was quick and easy. I followed that up with a phone call to clarify the situation regarding hire bikes. The call was answered quickly and the information given was clear. Excellent customer service

Had a puncture on my mobility scooter
Had a puncture on my mobility scooter. Got it fixed by my local mobility shop. Sent copied receipt to ETA, with bank details. Claim was processed quickly. Refund was in my account within a few days. Simple process dealt with efficiently. Thanks.

I've used ETA for years. Brilliant company to deal with.
I've used ETA for years and now insure 4 bikes with them.
I recently contacted support to add the latest bike and it was all done within 5 mins on the chat (on the website). Also, it was really good value to add on the bike.
You only find out how good insurance is when you need to claim and I did make a claim when my bike was stolen from my garage a few years ago. ETA provided a brand new replacement within a month or so.
I do wish they would be able to offer little add on extras to cover accessories as bike computers or camera's on the bike can be expensive if they get broken or stolen.
EDIT - Following my earlier review, I was contacted by ETA and told that I was on an older insurance policy and if I moved to a newer one I can insure accessories. I have now moved to the new policy and have 4 bikes plus my accessories covered and it's costing less a month than it was before!!
I'm very happy with the level of cover and the care shown by the customer service team. Thanks ETA!

Amazing experience
After the upsetting experience if losing my bike, I have been very happy with my claim. From the start the customer care, has been really professional. And the response time has been very prompt and quick. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

EASY PEASY
Very nice and easy to take out cover, not a massive amount of details Name, Address, D.O.B etc.
Fantastic Price £75.00 for the year including my husband added to the policy. Other companies have always charged us double and separate policy.
Only just taken out this policy but so far so good Especially the price and the cover

Excellent and speedy service
Excellent and speedy service. I had my front forks and wheel stolen off my e-bike (which was otherwise securely locked). Took photos and gave a report the next day. Helpful service. Yes - you have to fill in a bunch of forms, but at no point did I feel they weren't going to pay out. And all sorted in less than 2 weeks.

Excellent service from Laure
Recently made a claim with ETA after being insured with them since November 2023 at a very reasonable rate. The claim was handled sensitively and with care by Laure. Very positive and transparent process. Would definitley recommend ETA and will be insuring with them in the future.

I had to make a claim because my e-bike was stolen. Communication and clarity was extremely high throughout the whole process. The ETA representative Laure was prompt and clear in all her information and communications. Ive now ordered a new bike and will be on the road again very soon!

Been with ETA for 3 years now and had to place 2 claims. Always had a great experience. Callum, the agent that worked on my case, was absolutely brilliant, professional and friendly too. He replied to my emails almost straight away and kept me updated on what was happening and I am really happy with the outcome.
To Callum’s manager: give Callum a big fat pay rise!
All in all, 5 stars for ETA. It’s also reasonably priced if you are the frugal type of person.
