I purchased a Veleco GRAVIS mobility…
I purchased a Veleco GRAVIS mobility scooter and was advised to obtain insurance from ETA. This was easily done on line. Very surprised ETA classed this simply as a mobility scooter without asking for make or model or the VIN. Confirmation and documents followed immediately.

Laure completely sorted out the pickle…
Laure completely sorted out the pickle I had managed to get myself in. As a middle agent gent I was surprised how slightly traumatic it is having an accident. Possibly a mixture of the heat and exhaustion. Laure helped sort out the situation and guided me through the process. Despite reservations from my friends about taking out cycling insurance, it proved valuable and I would definitely recommend ETA moving forwards.

Everything went according to plan, however at the end I was left wondering whether I had insurance and didn't find out for 10 minutes until I got an email. Then all good.

We completely understand that waiting for that final confirmation can leave you in suspense. Looking at the timeline, it looks like there was a brief 7-minute gap while the secure bank payment verification (3D Secure) was processing. We always want that transition to feel as seamless as possible, so we will pass your feedback over to our IT team to see whether we can make that waiting screen clearer while the bank does its checks.

Looking for insurance for our e tandem
Looking for insurance for our e tandem. Easy to navigate around the site and plenty of different options to enable us to tailor the cover exactly as we wanted it. Previously covered tandem with house insurance but on checking they don't provide cover for any e bikes, so,very glad we checked and didn't just assume cover would apply to the new bike. Reasonable premium and overall a smooth process to get covered

I have been with ETA for a few years…
I have been with ETA for a few years now and have always been satisfied with their service, but recently they excelled themselves. I felt really well looked after when my exhaust box fell off, and was kept in the picture regularly as regards the arrival of the recovery vehicle. Very efficient and pleasant and you get to speak to real people very quickly.

I insured my bike upon purchase 2 years…
I insured my bike upon purchase 2 years ago and paid £8 per month for insurance. A year ago ETA updated their policy to allow less stringent requirements on claims, which was well communicated. I had to claim when I had my wheels stolen, and ETA assigned me a member of their claims team who was my point of contact throughout. Callum called me to run through the incident, I had to send off evidence, and the claim was processed quickly to a fair value. You get the feeling that these guys aren't out to just make money. The insurance is actually worth the paper it's written on with ETA.

Extremely satisfied so far
Just had a renewal notice from my previous insurer and they wanted 2½ times what ETA quoted. So far there is no comparison especially with the ease of setting up.
Customer service were very quick & efficient in answering initial queries.
