Michelle Arnold was the key to why I chose to go with Stonegate. She was helpful in explaining what Stonegate would do for me and above all she was not pushy. When I told her I would think about it and call back when I'm ready she simply said ok. I have talked to many firms and the biggest turn-off was the constant badgering and calling and if you don't sign up now I'm not sure if we van guarantee this amont. The list goes on and on. Michelle simply explained and told me how much it would cost, that's it. That's why I called her and signed up. Also just a really nice person to talk to.

My experience with Stonegate has been great. Michelle Arnold assisted me with getting the process started. She is kind, has a great personality, and made me feel comfortable with going forward with canceling my timeshare. She assured me that it will be a success. Michelle explained the steps and was patient with answering all of my questions. I am looking forward to celebrating when this is over.

I’ve always been Leary of time share exit companies, so many basically scammers out there. When I spoke with Brock and he explained that I may not need his companies services, that Hilton had some sort of built in exit strategy in their contracts. He actually sent me a link on where to find it. Also said if they fight you get back in touch with me and I’ll send it to our legal department. Never felt pressured to buy anything, quite the contrary, gave me free advice. Should I have any issues with Hilton I’ll definitely call Brock back at Stonegate.

As written in other reviews, Brock was great. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I set up an account hat the company debited monthly and that's it. Anytime I was looking for an update on my caase, I had to go through numerous people on the other end to find my account rep. They successfully took all the money they said they would and I have no idea, 16 months down the road, where my case stands.

My wife who spoke to a rep there last week, her name was Hannah, was extremely rude to my wife and overly pushy. Why does she think she has to be pushy, just because she says she works for a law firm, I can tell you one thing, I would never do business with her or this company based on how my wife was treated. There is no call for anyone to be pushy or rude. My wife inherited a bad deal on a timeshare from her mother and she just needed help and this woman just made my wife feel even worse about the situation. If this is the kind of people that work for this company I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for help.
