I don’t know the company well, this is my first time contacting anyone from this company. I felt quite uncertain at first, but after speaking with them, I felt much more at ease. I contacted the Stongate law Firm 4-1/2 mos ago and have not received one call updating me on the process nor the scope of work being done on my behalf, given I realize this isn't an over night process but it would be encouraging to know if we are on 1st base 2nd base or 3rd base but it appears we are still in the dugout with solving the issue with my timeshare. The only infor received and it was from a 3rd party concerning payment trial period.
