company got it done! From the minute I hired them they kept us up to date on the process. The attorney went above her duties when we were buying a house. Time share kept showing up on our credit report but she handled everything that was needed. Definitely would recommend this company.

Free from the never-ending burden
After trying to go through my timeshare company with no help from them I contacted the Newton Group. Very up front about the time frame and cost. Both the staff and the lawyer were very helpful and would answer any questions I had. And best of all they were as good as their word and got me rid of that timeshare. Thank you Newton Group!

Scam
Don’t give them any money. They basically presented 2 options let them try to sell it or don’t pay your resort and hope they eventually take it back..both options can take years and you don’t need to pay someone thousands of dollars when you can do that on your own. Total scam. Feels a lot like when you get pressured into buying a timeshare. Now they are gonna respond with the same bs reply as all the other negative comments.

Signing with the Newton Group was a money-saving decision. The exorbitant, monthly payments to the timeshare, which I rarely used because often the time and destination I requested were not available, became an albatross.

Trust Newton
I looked at several companies and what I found about Newton is they had all of the components to litigate my case to remove my timeshare. There was no promises or hype about resolving my issue. There was a process and it took some time, but it paid off. I recommend Newton and their staff are good at what they do.

Letigimate company! Easy process!
I was stuck in a timeshare with ever increasing maintenance fees. The dream I was sold was not what I was promised. Newton Group was able to get me out of ny tineshare and did all of the work. Super simple process and a real company that will help you. I was very skeptical because there are so many scams out there but they are a legitimate company.

They Ended The Timeshare & Helped With Our Credit Report
Very pleased with Newton Group/DC Capital in the timely dissolution of my timeshare. The timeshare was always increasing costs, and they tell you they have a secondary market that is always ready to buy you out, Not. The time it took to completely extricate me from the time share was 2 or 3 months.
Within 6 months the timeshare was affecting our credit scores, so I got back in touch with Newton/DC Capital attys, my contact atty was here in Michigan, I spoke to her on a Thursday before a long holiday weekend. She sent them a letter demanding correction and in about 3 weeks our credit was restored with no hint of the timeshare anywhere!!
I definitely recommend Newton Group/DC Capital, you will be happy they stop the money bleed and help protect your credit after all is said and done.
