I had an amazing experience working with Kelsey Martinez . She was polite, insightful, empathetic and professional. She came to the conversation prepared having done her research and had both insights and solutions. Her talents were evident and I felt good about the interaction. Because of her I feel back on track with the agency and am comfortable to proceed.

I want to say a big Thank you to Matthew. I was nervous about this process. He was amazing because he took time to explain how this firm could help. He took time to answer questions, and by the end of the call I felt a weight lifted. He is an asset, because he knowledgeable and professional. He gave me confidence that I would get the best help available. I am so thankful that out of so many that say they can help, I have found one of the best.

I have had a negative experience with Stonegate Firm to include slow response times, unanswered calls or emails, inconsistent updates, and occasional rude interactions. Did I mention the multiple case manager changes, for me I have been paying Stonegate Firm for 15 months and I have received 3 phone calls changing the case manager no updates on my cancellation.
Stonegate Firm definitely has me concerned about false advertising, and misleading claims. Buyer please beware and do your research. I regret reaching out to this company.

Mark "Hutch" was friendly and informative. He was open and honest about fees and the likely timeline. Even though our case is regarded as simple (since we have paid off the mortgage), it's still going to take 8 months or more--and it will cost more than I had planned for. But he guaranteed we will be released from our contract, and it will be a bargain compared to never-ending and always-increasing maintenance fees.

Ms. Kelsiem have gotten back with me and she is working on resolving the issue for me...

As a long time timeshare owner of two deeds, my wife and I were presented with an offer from a 3rd party rep renting a potential buyer. The offer was 25% greater than the value of the deeds so red flags were plenty.

It’s been more than 2 months since I hired this firm and all I got is crickets 🦗. Then they ask me the client to send a self written letter to my timeshare as if I was representing myself. I am giving them another month before I report this firm to the Bar Association.

I have to say that The Stonegate Firm is an excellent choice for helping with Solar Panel removal for getting out of the contract and in a matter of only 6 months or less! It has been a nightmare for me and only had the panels up for a little over a yr and a half! Thank goodness I called Stonegate Firm!!! They helped me in the process and got the bad credit rating off my report and completely out of the contract! If you’re needing help with a solar panel issue, Please call them! I have to say the people that work for Stonegate will tell you every move they are making and keep you informed the whole way through this process! Thank you once again Stonegate! Life is back to normal finally!

Stonegate Firm (Joy) provided great advice and support in handling the timeshare we were fraudulently induced into purchasing. Joy was professional, courteous, and solutions oriented. We strongly recommend Stonegate to anyone who may find themselves needing assistance with terminating a timeshare.

Initially published a negative review of Stonegate as they handling my Solar exit with GoodLeap. Stonegate contacted me regarding my negative feedback. They updated me on my case and assured me that progress is being made with GoodLeap. I am eager to have the matter with GoodLeap resolved, have paid them a lot of money with no reduction to power bill. Happy to see Stonegate is looking at these reviews and actively working to improve issues.

Had a long, productive call with Mark Mauer today. I have dealt with legal (in litigation) in the past and had a clearly defined problem that I knew needed expert legal opinion (and the fact that Stonegate does timeshare litigation as a law firm - many non-law companies out there trying to do business). I had actually talked to another representative (a nice gentleman but clearly not as plugged in or as smart as Mark) and spent a productive hour going through details so that Mark could summarize and check with his legal team and get back to me (I actually respect the pre-screening, no interest in counsel only working for a fee - though some counsel I have dealt with are even more willing to tie their fee to what we both agree is "success" but the Stonegate Firm seems both fair and if they do a good job probably better than success with a steeper fee. What I liked best was that Mark understood that the key to me was precedent in terms of Stonegate success for the very specific jurisdiction and specific claim involved. Mark clearly understood what that meant and (like the ability of a good surgeon on a complicated case) he is looking if he can provide me the references (I have the ability to scan public legal records in detail - thanks Nexus-Lexis). Regardless of where this goes I told Mark that I wanted to note his professionalism and courtesy and we agreed Trustpilot is the forum where I can tell the world my positive impressions about Stonegate and Mark. My only reservation (noted in some other comments) is that the firm definitely separates review and prep from the actual lawyers involved. Logical and efficient but will follow up if the firm is retained to report back whether they provide the type of legal updates and discussions I feel are essential (and if they, like Mark, hit what they do out of the park a future review mentioning the legal head of the case is promised. For now, efficient and fair with Senior staff like Mark a key cog in the needed machine.

PS Will note some minor hard sell in that it was mentioned that if a case is passed on to legal and interest in representation is conveyed then one has 48 hours to sign the contract. Right now, without more information that would not happen, but what is needed for a quick decision is I feel fair from both sides. While I understand Stonegate is individual litigation vs class action, I made clear that one key reason I am interested in litigation is the lesson that the time share company learns when it deals with the public in general, not just my specific case.
