My husband and I sat for one hour with Stonegate Firm on phone on Sept. 8, 2026. Stonegate as for much information and gave us very little information back. Never discussed Stonegate’s fees, plan for how they would proceed, if they decided to help us or about how well their company had done, or not done, getting results for their customers! It is Set. 20, 2026 and have not heard from them again…

Dayna was very informative, and she listened to our hardship, asked questions and understood what we are going through.

I would have given them no stars but that was not an option. I agree with all the other 1 star reviews that people have given. The firm is no better than the timeshare people and promise things that they don't follow through with. They take your money up front so they don't have to work for you because like the timeshare companies they have you now. Make all these ads about getting money back and were rated as one of the top timeshare exit companies. Well let me tell you what a joke that is. No communication and they make you fill out all the paperwork about how you think you were taken across by the timeshare people and all they do is send an exit letter and wait months for an answer. Don't sign with these guys.

Evonne was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. While I am not ready to exit my timeshare at this time, I will contact her when I am ready. She also gave me things that I might try to resolve my issues without an attorney. She was very helpful.

We regret our decision to trust this company. We’ve invested 10K to have Stonegate cancel our vacation club contracts and they have made no progress. They do not return emails EVER. They are completely non communicative. When we’ve called we get an apology, assigned a new caseworker and a new promise of proof and action of cancellation letters being sent. Haven’t seen it yet. It’s been 8 months and we still have no knowledge of what action they’ve taken. No progress or proof that they even contacted the resorts to cancel these contracts on our behalf after promising us proof of resort contact. We feel we are not a priority and will be asking for our 10K in fees back. We really did our homework and trusted we were making the right decision hiring a lawyer to help us, but unfortunately we trusted the wrong company to represent us.

My experience was outstanding all due to the kindness and professionalism Dayna extended in explaining Stonegate's timeshare exit options.

I had struggled with an unneeded time share and the Stonegate Trustpilot listened to my problem and gave me specific steps that I could follow to resolve the problem, saving me thousands of dollars. Worked with this company for 1 1/2 years and get no communications from them at all. Now on my 3rd case manager and get the same story every time I call. We are working on. Nobody knows what is going on in the company. When asked the status of my case the response given is it takes time. Same answer no matter who or when you talk to anyone.

The team at Stonegate Firm, specifically Brian Villono and Mark Warren, have been like angels on my shoulder. These men are so attentive and prompt with returning emails / phone calls. They are transparent, kind, and professional. You are never alone in this process and never left in the dark. This was invaluable to me, being a high feedback kind of person. I am now clear of my Timeshare after over a decade of trying to cancel by reaching out directly to my Timeshare. Don’t waste your time tackling this process alone. Hire this professional team if you want results. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Stonegate to anyone trying to get out of a timeshare!!

I am giving this firm one star because the only thing I regret more than purchasing a timeshare is hiring this company to help me get out of it.

My experience has been extremely disappointing, and in my opinion, the firm has failed to meet several of the commitments outlined in our contract. For example, the contract states that I would receive monthly case updates, yet I am fortunate if I hear from anyone at all without repeatedly reaching out myself.

When I first signed up, I had to contact the firm just to find out who my assigned case manager was so I could submit my documents. After sending everything, my emails kept bouncing back because that case manager had apparently left the company. No one informed me of the change. After multiple follow-ups, I was assigned a new case manager, who was also largely unresponsive and was also let go and no one had communicated that to me.

It wasn't until I expressed my concerns about the lack of communication and the firm's failure to fulfill its contractual obligations and threatened not to pay for breach of contract that I finally received a response. The only substantive action taken was sending me a letter to forward to the timeshare company. Frankly, it looked like a generic template that I could have written myself, rather than something prepared by legal professionals. Unsurprisingly, it had no apparent impact on the timeshare company.

After raising my concerns again, I was assigned yet another case manager, who assured me the communication issues would be resolved. She promised to send regular updates and even said she had set reminders to ensure I received them. Unfortunately, over the course of more than six months, I received only two updates. I recently reached out again for a status update and, once again, have not received a response.

I understand that these cases can take time, and I never expected an overnight resolution. What I did expect was the level of communication and professionalism that was promised in the contract. Instead, I have spent more time chasing updates than receiving them.

If I treated my own clients the way I have been treated throughout this process, I would not expect to keep them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

I am filing this complaint due to a serious lack of communication and professionalism that has negatively affected my finances and credit.
I began working with this company in March 2026. At that time, I signed a loan agreement; however, I was not properly notified that I had a six-month window to repay the loan in order to avoid accruing interest. This critical information was not clearly communicated to me at the time of signing.
Since realizing this issue, I have made repeated attempts to reach both the sales representative and the case manager assigned to my account. I have called and emailed multiple times and left voicemails, but I have received no response from anyone at the company.
As a direct result of this lack of communication, I am now facing accrued interest I was never warned about, which is negatively impacting my credit. This is especially damaging as I am currently in the process of trying to purchase a home, and this situation is jeopardizing that goal.
I am requesting the following resolution:
1. Immediate contact from the company to address this matter
2. A clear explanation of the interest accrual and loan terms
3. Correction of any negative impact to my credit resulting from the company’s failure to communicate
4. A resolution that reflects the professionalism I was promised at the start of this relationship
I have documentation of my repeated attempts to contact the company, including dates of calls, voicemails, and emails, which I can provide upon request.
I hope this complaint prompts a timely response and resolution, as this issue is actively affecting my financial future.

David help me understand to process of getting out of the contract. I really appreciated how David was honest , professional, understanding of my personal situation. David answered all of my questions l, was honest, and to the point. David was not pushy to get me to be his client l. David help me make the right decision for my situation. Thank you David

Gilda was knowledgeable of my issue from the start. She immediately eased my concerns and answered my questions. Gilda was quite friendly and was not rushed. She made my day!

The experience was great. Communication was timely, concise, and to the point. She was reassuring and made us feel comfortable in our discussions. There seem to be a lot of different people involved in our case and can be confusing with whom to contact and or send info to. We have been reassured that everyone we are talking with is involved directly with our case or will see to it that our information will get to the right person.

I signed with Stone gate in Oct of 2025 and have received one phone call since. My payments are taken every month but I can not get hold of anyone. No answer to emails and the phone numbers I have will not ring through.
After posting this I was immediately contacted by The Stone gate Law firm and was promised to be kept updated on my case.
I wish that it did not take my making a post here but I was contacted and hopefully I will be kept better informed. I am looking forward to a day soon that I can report back that this was all resolved.
