Ashley made my experience very good
Ashley made my experience very good. I had decided I did not want to go ahead with the contract with Stonegate due to personal reasons and she was very nice, pleasant and kind and cancelled the contract for me on the same day that I spoke with her. I only gave 4 stars because it took a week to get to the correct department to speak to Ashley.

Bryce was very educational and patient, he did not rush me or make me feel pressured. He made sure I understood everything we were discussing. He was professional and polite, it was like having a conversation with an old friend! Bryce made me feel like I had put my trust in the perfect place to go through this process worry free and confident.

Jade Parker, my cmCase Manager is keeping me updated as the process goes forward. I highly recommend this firm for exiting your Timeshare and for whatever other services they offer.

Resolution Confidence
I have never had to retain a lawyer for anything in my life at. Since its inception, my relationship with the Stonegate Firm has been a positive one. They were there in guiding me through the first steps that I had to do take begin the process, and have been there for me, thus far, ever since. I have enough confidence in them to know that they will be there for me until resolution is completed.
