Bad Company, Bad Morals
I contacted the steel door company for a small door in my home. They took a deposit to come out and then ignored my calls for weeks. When I finally got through to them they told me that they weren't interested in helping, even after taking my money.

We recently had 3 steel doors installed in our basement by the Steel Door Company, and the entire experience was exceptional. After doing extensive market research, we chose them because of their great reviews, competitive pricing and faster lead times—and if anything they exceeded all our expectations.
From the very first consultation, Lauren was incredibly helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. She even helped us navigate some last-minute design changes, which they handled with ease and professionalism. The quality of the doors is outstanding, and they look fantastic—exactly what we were hoping for. The whole process was seamless.
In short: great prices, amazing service and stunning results. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend the Steel Door Company to anyone.

Absolutely had professional service from the consultation to the installation. It was a stress free process and totally pleased I proceeded with the purchase. Jess was so helpful and kept me informed, even down to some post installation questions. Totally would recommend this company. Installation team were very friendly and professional. The steel door company were beyond helpful in bringing my door design to life. Their knowledge and experience was evident from my initial phone call right through to installation.
We have received so many compliments about our doors and love them so much that we are ordering more.
Excellent company, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and already have to many others already.
