Olly and Tyler provided an excellent service when fitting our internal doors. Really friendly and approachable, trustworthy, efficient and ensured everything was carried out and fitted to the highest standard. They explained everything clearly and corrected any issues that occurred. Would highly recommend the boys to future customers.

An accidental find through google search, seriously the best customer service at every level. took time to talk about the final outcome … measurement process was personal not pushy really thinking through what would look best in the space … plus what type of finish would be best in terms of what suited our space . Installation was quick clean and again finishing was brilliant . Would highly recommend them went to see products from other competitors however they quality and feel of steel door company was definitely superior to others .

I requested a quote at the end of January 2025 and already by the end of March my doors have been fitted! The process of quoting, having a survey and the installation was absolutely seamless from start to finish. The whole company have been a pleasure to deal with but I have to mention Olly & Tyler, they have done an amazing job and are a credit to the company. The new doors have transformed my living room and the quality is second to none. I cannot recommend the Steel Door Company enough!

We're incredibly pleased with our newly installed steel door! The service provided was excellent throughout the process, from Jack who handled the initial order, to Jess on the production, and finally Greg and his team on the installation itself. The door is beautifully made and provides even greater sound insulation than we expected which was a nice bonus.

We had a set of bronze double doors fitted in our living room with hammered handles. We couldn’t find the style anywhere else and we were a big fan of the slim profile. It’s finished off the room and is a real statement and the company were a pleasure to deal with start to finish

I contacted the steel door company for a small door in my home. They took a deposit to come out and then ignored my calls for weeks. When I finally got through to them they told me that they weren't interested in helping, even after taking my money.

From my experience: Bad Company, Bad Morals.
