We recently had internal sliding doors installed, and while the initial installation run had some alignment issues, Patishon’s customer service and follow-up were fantastic. They took our feedback seriously, stayed in contact, and made sure the doors were completely corrected and reinstalled properly.
We are really happy with how they transform the space. A huge thank you to the team for their dedication to delivering a high-quality finish!

The sales team at Patishon are amazing.! Oakley managed to translate and decipher my thoughts and garbled descriptions of what we were trying to achieve. The products were exactly what we wanted to separate different areas of our reception room. The results are modern, stylish and practical.
Would recommend the products to anyone who wants Crittal style sliding doors and fixed panels.

Order never fulfilled

I’m rather surprised to have received an email over two years after placing my order asking me to leave a positive Trustpilot review, given that I never actually received the product.

I ordered doors from Patishon several months in advance and explained that I specifically needed them delivered during a particular week, as family were visiting and had agreed to help us install them. That delivery window was confirmed by Patishon, and I therefore went ahead with the order on that basis.

Unfortunately, the delivery date was subsequently pushed back repeatedly, with manufacturing issues being given as the reason. As a result, the confirmed installation window was lost and I eventually had to cancel the order.

Getting my money back was another issue. I ultimately had to raise a chargeback through my credit card before the payment was finally refunded.

As the doors were never delivered, I obviously can’t comment on the quality of the product itself. However, my experience of the ordering, delivery and refund process was disappointing, and I find it particularly odd to now be asked for a positive review more than two years later for an order that was never fulfilled.

Absolutely delighted with the patishons we bought. They are excellent quality, really sturdy and look fantastic. Great value for money and we’re really pleased with them. Would definitely recommend!

Firstly, their customer service is excellent, Jago and Oakley were very helpful. We had to change our order after delivery and they got us replacement doors very quickly as our builder was already here. The transformation has been incredible, the sliding doors look fantastic so I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

The sales process was great, Jago done a fine job of getting me a great price and finding me a location of viewing the doors near me.

Once the doors were ordered and paid for! That’s when the story goes south. I had zero contact from the company. There is no after sales support!

I have been given date after date I am still without my doors. It took my a few chase ups to get a a delivery date. Then it was delayed! Factory issues were to blame. They have then given me an another day which has been and gone. My building works have been halted and entire project is delayed. I can’t seem to get a firm delivery date. I am now expecting them to be delivered within a few days, I chased up today and they haven’t gotten back to me. Questions like have they been dispatched from the factory… have they arrived in the UK are completely ignored.

The wait continues. Shocking after sales and big delays. Still no doors!

Since then I have had my doors. And updated my score.

Genuinely very pleased with the product and the customer service we throughout the process. If I had somewhere else to put one in our house we would do so without hesitation.

I spotted these fabulous doors a little while back and knew they’d suit my property well. However, I wasn’t sure how to measure or install them. The team at Patishon was patient and guided me through every step of the process. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the final result, which I am. Thank you!

We ordered our doors a number of months ago and also got caught in some supply issues, as seen in others reviews. I would definitely agree that communication needs to be improved, particularly in being proactive about delays to the order, rather than customer having to chase for an update. Jago has always been responsive to calls and emails, but naturally that may take a couple of days at times.
Having said that, the doors are great for the price point, and provide a brilliant divider between two rooms. They look a lot more expensive that they were, and we are overall happy with the quality.
We are experienced DIYers and managed to self install the doors, however I would say this could be a tricky task for the less experienced.

Very similar experience to ‘The Phone Patient’.
Were really responsive when making our order but since then and us trying to get the doors delivered it’s been impossible.
First delivery date was mid July which I had to postpone to the following week where the doors never showed up.
We have had other delivery dates been and gone but the excuses have now been production or quality issues.
It’s got to the point I don’t trust anything they say now. Communication has been awful. Refund requested.

UPDATE- Following the review, communication improved, an explanation was given and the product has now been received in full.

Based on the hard product I would recommend as long as the communication and customer expectations improve for future customers.

We ordered the doors over four months ago and have repeatedly been told they are on their way. Despite being given a delivery date, our attempts to verify this with Jago have gone unanswered. I wish I could cancel the order, receive a full refund, and choose a different company. I cannot review the doors since they never arrived, but the company's communication has been highly unprofessional, especially for a product costing over £3,000.

Update: I have spoken to the team and I do now appreciate that there have been some challenges with a lot of 3rd party suppliers that are causing delays. The communication has improved and I do believe that a good company show their real intentions when issues occur so I now have high hopes .

Well worth the wait !
The room divider doors where exceptionally easy to install and the quality is excellent. It has definitely added value to the property and everyone comments on how well they look. Delivery was delayed slightly due to no fault of Patishon, but they are well worth waiting for !

Our home underwent a remarkable transformation this summer with the newly renovated kitchen. The addition of these doors has given our house a modern flair, and we highly recommend Patishon to everyone! 👏🏻🤩
