We recently had two internal doors installed by the Steel Door Company, and while the process did not get off to the smoothest start we are very pleased with the end result and the service provided.

Our first order came with some issues - One door wasn't right in its design for us and the second door was not the exact dimension. It took a little persistence to get things moving but once the owners of the business became aware of our issues they immediately became involved and everything changed. He personally come out to us twice, once with the co-owner of the business, to evaluate our needs and help guide us through the reordering process and the second time along with one of his excellent fitters to actually fit our doors.

When it came to installation, it was professional, tidy and clearly very skilled. The doors are now fitted beautifully, and we are more than delighted with them.

What really stands out is the way the company took responsibility and worked hard to put things right. Mistakes can happen but how a business responds makes all the difference - and in the end, we feel very confident recommending them.

Our doors were fitted today by Olly and Jordan and I am an extremely satisfied customer. They were both so friendly and professional and the doors look amazing. I had shortlisted 3 companies at the start, but after chatting to Luke I felt reassured that they would be the best company to choose. I have not been disappointed at all during the whole process. Harry who came out to measure was so helpful and we discussed all the details. I was then fully updated on the progress and fitting date. It's so good to work with a British company that designs and manufactures in the UK. Well done! I would 100% recommend.

I never usually write reviews, but I just had to share how absolutely over the moon I am with my new Crittall doors! After a lot of back and forth about whether they were worth the investment, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. The quality, the finish, and the impact they’ve had on the space is beyond priceless.

Very Impressed with The Steel Door Company, I had spoken to a number of similar companies on the phone, but when I spoke with Jack at Steel Doors I was immediately impressed with both his knowledge and friendliness and ability to solve the situation for me.
I was later contacted by Jess in the production side of the company and along with the two fitters the doors were delivered and fitted quickly and efficiently in spite of one or two obstacles that are inevitable with a tricky installation.

The steel door company are a good company to deal with. The initial installation did not go to plan but the issues were corrected in a timely and fair manner ( I think how problems are dealt with indicates the quality of the company you are dealing with).
We are very happy with the finished installation.

I found Steel Door Company on Instagram and whilst initially apprehensive about placing a large deposit with the order these fears proved to be unfounded. The installation team were clean, tidy, and very respectful of my property. Nothing was too much even after the works finished and fully paid up there was an item, I was unhappy with back they came not a moan or a grumble.

From the initial conversations around what we wanted to the final installations each part of the process was easy and professional. We used them twice for areas in and around our house. The first project was for two sets of internal doors and the second was to encase an under stairs wine area along with a matching glass stair rail.
