recently diagnosed diabetic, so exploring lots of options. Superb customer service, and the products that I have tried so far have been excellent. It is expensive, but so are all products of this nature. And they are very friendly people to deal with, which makes a huge difference.

Dont waste your money
This is an example of a good product being let down by poor customer service, delivery, and logistics.
I have repeatedly paid extra for Royal Mail next-day delivery, yet my orders are consistently sent via Evri instead. As a result, deliveries arrive 5–7 days later, often with only a few days left before the expiration date. In some cases, the expiration date isn’t even printed on the food, and I’ve been told via email that this is because it is “too labour intensive.”
That’s assuming the order arrives in good condition at all. I’ve had deliveries go missing entirely, and others arrive badly damaged, boxes crushed as if they’ve been kicked around.
At this point, I’ve given up. It’s a real shame, because the product itself does what it promises. Unfortunately, you can’t rely on receiving it on time or in a condition that makes it usable within the intended timeframe.

I've been buying from Seriously Low Carb for some time. Their products are great. My regular buy is the low carb bread.
Their customer service is outstanding. When there have been the odd issue with delivery or clitches on the website, they have always got in contact and sorted it out straight away.

Update: received a refund from the company 1 week after purchase (of a nect day shipping item). Customer Support lied about sending emails and were rude in communication. Never again with srsly

During checkout, subscription items are marked as recurring purchases, and customers are shown the option to choose either a one-time purchase or Subscribe & Save, with reminder emails sent before any repeat order is created so there is time to review or cancel.
We also removed you from our marketing emails following your request, so you should no longer be receiving review or promotional messages from us.

Fabulous customer service and products
Fabulous customer service when I had trouble receiving my delivery and went on to ensure that the same problems would not occur again in the future.
Recently tried the new items Piri Piri Chicken Melt and Margerita Calzone. Gorgeous really enjoyed them and will definitely be buying again so nice to have foods like this to eat on the go or a picnic. Can't wait for them to come back into stock and I will be trying the new steak bake.

A good range of low carb products
A good range of low carb products , some you wouldn’t possibly expect to find e.g. croissants, not (hot) cross buns. Reasonably priced compared to other similar products on market. As a diabetic I haven't experienced any spikes in my glucose levels as a result of eating these products. The items I have tried ( bread, rolls, croissants and not cross buns) taste great. They also had a decent shelf life and can also be frozen.

Beware as they sign you up for things you don’t want
Beware as they sign you up for subscriptions, even if you haven’t signed up for anything
First I knew was when everi emailed me about a delivery
The rolls are not nice and like chewing plastic covered cardboard
They used to do packets of bread mix you can do yourself at home and they don’t
Tried to get hold of them and getting AI instead , an all round rubbish experience
They’ve just emailed me just to say refunded me , so grateful for that! However I would suggest that instead of just using AI in future you use people, ai is helpful busy not for complaints.
Thought I’d try them, now I’m giving them a wide berth!
