Not only is this product excellent
Not only is this product excellent, so is the customer service. Victor was very kind and very thoughtful in his correspondence with me, when I was a little bit frustrated. That's the way customer service should be. I would absolutely recommend this company and they're fantastic product. I put it in my coffee every morning, it's delicious. And my blood pressure has gone down 😄

When I notified erbology about my second order that I hadn’t received, they immediately sent me my second order, no problems, no questions asked, what I have noticed about the products I have ordered. I have ADHD, mushrooms help me focus a little better, and the calmness.

Item delivered was damaged. I sent an email to advise and within 48 hours I received a replacement. Very happy with the service. The product is of very high quality very pleased.

This company is the WORST
This company is the WORST! Don't trust them and buy your oil elsewhere! I received a broken bottle of oil and after providing pictures of the broken bottle (and complaining on Amazon) they still have not replaced the oil! All around pathetic customer service!

Think twice before ordering anything…
Think twice before ordering anything from this company. I received and bottle of sea buckthorn oil that was leaking. I contacted the company and they advised me that they would send out another bottle. I requested a refund instead but they would not refund and now they are refusing to resend the item even because I didn't send a picture. The reason that I didn't send a picture was because they didn't request a picture. I threw the faulty product away. So now they won't do anything. Who do I report this company to ?

You then requested a refund instead, which we agreed to, provided images of the faulty product were supplied. At that point we discovered a dispute had already been opened with your payment provider. Once a chargeback is in progress, we are unable to process a refund or replacement directly and the matter must be handled through the payment provider. This is why you were directed to Klarna to resolve the claim. It is also not possible to receive both a refund and a replacement product. Team Erbology
