installing my first new canon printer…

installing my first new canon printer and having problems with drivers ,(solve IQ) came up with Canon installation web site ,paid a small fee ,and that s how I find out I had out of date drivers ! this was my first time doing this upgrade on my old pc remotely with (solve IQ) tech, that was fairly quick ,very knowledgeable of what they do with pc drivers, up date, or upgrade , I thank you very much for your HELP !!

Awesome experience

Good morning. All my devices were out of date. The tech did an excellent job and had a lot of important questions regarding my devices that I did not know I had problems with. I rate him 5++

David was so helpful and very professional. I normally want to have someone on the phone, however he made this so simple. Thanks to him, this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had on-line.

found them very helpful

today i wanted to have one of our computers scanned for virus or other problems, as a technician for another company said we had issues and tried to sell me there product. When balancing the check book I saw we had Driver Support. our tech was a gentleman named Juan. He was very patient and helpful. he ran the scan and determined there was no major issues,reassured us that all was working as it should. then he coached me through a problem on one of the other computers that had failed in an upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10. overall a very good expierience.
