My scanner wasn't working
My scanner wasn't working. So I asked for help and a technican dialed in to my computer and had it fixed in no time. Very professional and am very greatful for the help.

I want to thank the young lady based in Montego Bay (I don't remember her name) who helped me with my phone regarding a photo transfer. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't see them all. They were there, I didn't have a clue how to find them and she helped me move the photos to my computer. At that point I could sort by date and that solved my problem. I still have to get them sorted by date on my new phone. That is a problem for another day.

I canceled my subscription
I canceled my subscription, which I never authorized, and I continue to be billed 9.99 each month. I've canceled with PayPal and uninstalled the app. I even received a response that my account would be canceled, but its not. Please cancel my account ASAP.

My experience with Solve iQ was not a happy one
I was looking for a utility program with which I could update drivers in my Dell Latitude E6400 laptop. Solve iQ looked like the solution to my problem so I downloaded it. As it turned out, I had difficulty probably because I have had very little experience with this type of software. Let me say right now that I HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THE FOLKS AT SOLVE IQ! The chat folks came to my rescue, but I was unable to follow their instructions primarily because my laptop "did not cooperate" with the software. It just wasn't intuitive to my 83 year old eyes. So I uninstalled Sove iQ and cancelled my automatic payments, which by the way I was unaware of when I purchased the software. If I hope I have not caused anyone any inconvenience over this. The issue was a degree of user-friendliness and my inexperience.

Your own personal Geek Squad on call
I haven't had the program for ore than an hour and they have fixed everything wrong with my computer I mean they went in and updated, turned on, turned off, activated and deactivated things that needed to be. they did it so fast I literally was shocked and now I'm happy!!! no more problems with my laptop. I love feeling like I have my own geek squad whenever I need them

Printer driver not loading
I had a printer driver problem and tried to fix it myself. I think I made the problem worse. Solve iQ fixed everything in a matter of minutes. Won't try again now that I have this service. Many thanks!

I have been having issue with company…
I have been having issue with company that kept popping up telling me to update my drivers for the small amount of 29.99 a month something to that affect and it wouldn't let me delete or uninstall it, I was very frustrated because my laptop is new.I went on line to Lenovo website and it directed me to Solve IQ needless to say the price is reasonable and the service was very quick now- I will definitely recommend this company.
