I was having trouble getting my existing printer and my new laptop to connect. Sam was the tech that got me up and running in no time

The service I received is extremely good. The support person (Mr. Dwight from Jamaica) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Installed Solve iQ for the first time with a new printer, the installation took a little longer than I anticipated, so I got on line to make sure everything was done correctly. The people were awesome, got me to the right technicians and it was done quickly. Very pleased.

I tried multiple things to resolve my issue without success. I luckily stumbled on to Solve IQ and had one of the tech assistants. After some somewhat complex manipulation of my desktop my issue was resolved completely on a remote access platform. Thank you so much for your help.

I have been trying to get my older HP Designjet 500 working for quite sometime. I was told that it would not work with Windows 10. The tech solved my issue in a very short while and now my plotter works great. I am impressed with the solutions that Solve IQ gave me. Thanks.

Excellent service on troubleshooting the issue of my HP printer.

In updating my software, my touchpad was disconnected. It was resolved very quickly and easily with the help of tech support.

I had reached an impasse while attempting to connect a new printer to my PC. Mr. Anderson was extremely courteous, patient, knowledgeable, skillful and efficient. He was especially patient and had to retry things due to mistakes I had made previously on my PC. he was the best!
