From the online ordering process to the customer service and the finished product, I can’t fault Sojo.

I recently placed an order and mentioned that I needed the item returned by a specific date. To my surprise, the team delivered it much faster than expected. Little things like this really make their service stand out. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I'm so impressed by SOJO as a service. I have a beloved wool coat and the lining was broken and wool wearing thin at the back. I feared it was beyond repair but SOJO communicated so well with me about the best methods to fix it and I'm so happy with the results. The threaded wool has been pulled back through and reinforced, so it'll last many more years, and the lining is brand new. Thank you so much to Inga who looked after it for me, and to Freya and Lucia who communicated so well via email, I'm really grateful!

Exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure the alteration was correct.

They did a great job altering and repairing two pairs of trousers. Fantastic communication to make sure the job was submitted by me correctly and that the job was done correctly by the tailor. Only one star knocked off because they re-stitched one of the labels inside the waistband, wonky!

First of all, I have to say that I was very disappointed. I had the trouser leg length shortened. Even though I specifically wanted it to have invisible stitching, it was hand stitched and visible from the outside. I wanted to fix it again and they did machine sewing, but this time they damaged the fabric and unfortunately it is not possible for me to wear my new trousers like this. Unfortunately, the friend on duty was not helpful at all. The funny thing is that I spent half of the money I bought my trousers for, but this alteration turned out to be trousers that I will never wear. I am really sad. I never recommend it. Unfortunately, I cannot accept such a careless renovation and such an expensive service inside Selfridges. Unfortunately, the worse a trouser leg can be repaired, the worse it can be.

Very happy with the service and the quality of the alteration. Inga did an amazing job. I had a skirt shortened and hemmed, the colour match of the thread was perfect and the stitching/hemming extremely neat and well done.
