Great service. I sent two dresses to be shortened. One was a simple job but still done to perfection. The other was complicated but also done to perfection.

Anca did a fantastic repair job on my ancient Margaret Howell x Barbour jacket, and Lara was super helpful explaining what they proposed to do and sourcing appropriate fabric. It needed multiple repairs - some of which are visible due to the nature of the damage and the fabric, but they just look really cool, but the majority (rebinding hem, cuffs, pocket edges) look as though that's how it was when I bought it. Entirely new lease of life for my much-loved jacket.

I was uncertain about which services I'd actually need to properly fit a new suit, so I over-booked multiple.
Jawad, the tailor who pinned me at Selfridges, was an absolute star. Got everything looking great, and didn't take advantage of my ignorance - sent me on my way only with what was needed. The online team then refunded me for the unused services. 10/10, will absolutely be sending them all my clothes for adjustments.

I needed my jeans shortened and the quality of what I received was exceptional. The tailor even recreated the design that was originally on the bottom of my jeans, the jeans have an unusual design of a high hem line, and i was expecting to receive the jeans with a hem line in a low position but the tailor took an extra step and recreated the design. I can't recommend SOJO enough. It was a really quick and simple service to use. I would definitely recommend using SOJO. Thank you.

It has arrived back in just a week and I am really pleased with it.
The alteration is perfect the tailors have done an excellent job

What an experience from SOJO !!
I purchased a white playsuit from Reiss in Selfridges which needed alteration. I was not aware that a tailor service was available in house. From the minute I was escorted to the changing room to finish the attention I received was amazing. Filiz the tailor was so articulate with pinning my garment to size. He was patient, polite not to mention the professionalism.
The price charged was very reasonable and I received the item via Royal Mail in good time.

Not sure £35 to shorten trousers but to still see the original hem and stitches is value for money.

Being completely honest, I may have been ok with their £20 shorten but didn’t want any discrepancies. I would expect them to inspect and refund if service not required

I trust the wonderful SOJO tailors with all my clothing alterations - from taking up trousers, taking in my skirts, trousers and dresses. They also tailored my sequin dress for my wedding to perfection. I just received back a dress which needed taking in from the sides with a zip and I’m so pleased with how it turned out! Quick turn around too - in the mail on Friday and back in my postbox on Tuesday 🙌

Great work, my knitted dresses had a moth hole in the worse spot. SOJO fixed it perfectly, both colour and texture wise.

Such an incredible service! I bought a pair of Damson Madder barrel leg jeans that I was OBSESSED with, but they were far too long. I sent them to SOJO with my measurements and received them a week later. They fit perfectly (thank you Anca!).
