La personne qui m’a accueilli n’a pas été particulièrement aimable. Par ailleurs, lors de la récupération des pantalons, l’un d’eux présentait une retouche mal réalisée : la coupe était incorrecte et créait un effet peu esthétique, alors même que j’avais demandé un simple ajustement. Au regard du prix payé, je trouve le résultat décevant et disproportionné.

Opened the package and wondered if they had altered it at all. It looked just like the original stitching. Tried it on at it absolutely has been perfectly altered. Absolutely thrilled with the job Ayles did. Thank you!

Amazing work - 2 pairs of favourite jeans threadbare and torn on inner thigh, would once have thrown out, now given new life. And a popper fixed and perfectly matched to others on a fleece.

Cheaper - and quicker! - than replacing. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a Paul Smith suit which I wore at my wedding a decade ago. The moths enjoyed some of the collar too!!

Sojo replaced the collar and have given the suit a new life.

There were so many holes in my treasured Barbour jumper I wasn’t sure of the outcome of repairing it, until it arrived back.
Inga, a star in my view, made them all disappear almost invisibly! Very pleased with the obvious care taken and turn-around time.

Brilliant service! I bought a dress that was way too long for me (I’m 5’2) and requested it to be hemmed shorter. There was a lovely detail at the bottom that I didn’t want removed, and they listened carefully to my request. Delivery was quick, and I received tracking updates throughout. I also loved the thoughtfulness of the paper packaging. Amazing, and I would definitely recommend 🫶🌸

Brilliant care done on numerous tricky repairs of jumpers, jackets,.. barely visible, hugely impressive craftwork and also very reasonably priced

They were able to accommodate me very quickly and did a fantastic job.

Extremely quick turnaround and the requests i made were executed very well. i also appreciate that it was ironed (or steamed) before being sent back!

Filiz did a great job with shortening my skirt. Really impressed with the service and turnaround time. I wasn’t sure which hem option to choose and the web chat was super helpful.

I went to Sojo to have two holes repaired in some very expensive cashmere jumpers. The quality of the repairs excellent; completely invisible, you would never know there were holes there.

The price at £20 per was more than reasonable given the skill involved. Of course repairing cheap clothes for this price wouldn’t seem cost-effective, but this is highly skilled human labour.

Sojo‘s communication throughout was excellent.

The tailor who worked on my jumpers was Inga. Thankyou Inga, and thankyou Sojo. I hope Sojo is a growing success, I for one would love to see repair services become much more mainstream in the next few years as (hopefully!) more people get a conscience about clothes waste and fast fashion.

Overall a very quick and easy service. However, I was expecting the tiny hole in my trousers to be repaired and it appears that they have just stuck a tiny patch over it which isn’t even a complete colour match. When I turned the leg inside out the hole is still open on the other side. I sent it to SOJO as I thought they’d do a better job than me, I’m regretting it now as I could have done it myself and saved the money. I would have appreciated a message to say what they were going to do before they did it.
