Zij leverde de verkeerde waszak bij ons af. Toen ondernamen zij alles om die verkeerde waszak bij ons op te halen…. Nadat ik ze daarbij heb geholpen vanaf mijn vakantie adres hadden ze niet bedacht om dan ook mijn was aan mij te leveren.
Daar moest ik vervolgens zelf boos over worden.
Waardeloos
Echt weer zo een tech focussed bedrijf dat juist service moet leveren.
Ik ga weer naar de wasserette op de hoek waar je echte mensen kan spreken

Nowhere near good enough
I have used LH 3 times
1st time OK
2nd time a day late
3rd time 3 days late so I had to spend £300 on clothes for a big evening not to mention having no fresh pants T shirts or socks for 3 days. Nowhere near good enough. I don't care what the small print says. I'm going elsewhere.

I am extremely shocked with my…in total DISBELIEF
I am extremely shocked with my experience with Laundryheap. Zero or minus star should be appropriate
I entrusted them with 2 wool coats from A.P.C, both in excellent condition. I was even charged higher prices to the initial price shown of the app (£20 and £24), which I accepted expecting a professional level of care.
Unfortunately, both items were returned in a worse condition than I could have imagined. One coat now has a severe bleach mark and is completely unwearable. The second has been badly handled: poorly ironed at the bottom, still stained inside, and the wool has shrunk on one side with visible burn marks and wrinkling.
What is even more concerning is that the damage was not immediately visible, as the garments were returned wrapped in plastic. It only became apparent about an hour later once the plastic packaging was removed and the jacket return.
Both coat are also NOT cleaned and DAMAGED !!
I reported the issue immediately, but received no response, and if nothing is done this week, it will go through small claim, I'm so disappointed and the lack of care.
Given this experience, I genuinely question how the overall rating reflects the actual service quality. On reviiew.io you realise that they are poorly rated. Review here are rigged...
It also raises concerns about their promises knowing their use of cheap third-party providers which I didn't know about it until now..
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM IF YOUR GARMENTS ARE EXPENSIVE, YOU'LL REGRET IT ... 'am about to get a heart attack..

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I had booked a two-piece suit dry clean and a shirt iron and wash. It was collected on Tuesday night and planned to be delivered on Thursday, so 48 hours. They then changed the booking delivery to Friday between 12:00 and 15:00, which I accepted as my event was at 16:00. They have now, on the same day as delivery changed the booking to 19:00 to 22:00. After I complained, they moved it to 17:00 to 19:00 so no matter what, I do not have a suit for my event this evening because they changed the booking on the day. They have had my suit for 72 hours now. I have offered to even collect it; however, apparently the facility doesn't open until 17:00. So the time of 12:00 today could have never happened. I have been asked to follow the complaints procedure and that I will get a discount on my next order. I WILL NEVER USE LAUNDRYHEAP again. If they were unable to do it within my timeframe, even though it's been 72 hours, I should have been told, and I would have gone to another dry cleaner. Addition: item has now been moved back to Monday of the following week so they have had my items for 6 days now, i still do not have them back the event has now been missed so no point using this service complete waste of momey and time.
