i just feel like they can improve their services a little bit

laundry delivered to wrong house. Also, after using the service several times my white sheets are now yellow. Non apologetic when flagged and never write back. It is a shame as the service was handy but I wouldn't recommend

I’m writing this review for both Yaundry and Laundrie because I have received invoices from Laundrie despite using the Yaundry service and believe them to be recently run by the same man, Evan.

I have been a customer of Yaundry for 3 years, never having any issue until the past 6 months when I have been issued invoices for overcharges despite my using the same bag the entire time I’ve been using the service. I didn’t really mind a couple of times but consistently adding another €15-€20 on the order each time started adding up.

I contacted the service on a number of occasions and it hasn’t been resolved so we stopped using the service the start of December and on advice from our bank, blocked Yaundry from charging our account as they continued to do so.

We have since received invoices for services using Laundrie (which I never have used) and now last week another invoice for an order we never made, which charged my husbands account without permission.

I have never written a review or had any complaint with a company in my life but this situation has been so concerning that I felt the need to warn people publicly as Evan the owner as made no effort to resolve or fix whatever is happening with Yaundry and Laundrie.

I've used laundr.ie three times so far. The first two times were great but the third time they forgot to deliver my laundry back at the allocated time. I had to call & ask where it was. In the end I had my clothes delivered 2 days late. There was no compensation for this inconvenience but at least the guy on the phone said sorry.

I don't think I will use laundr.ie again because of this.

I don't recommend, especially if you need to use them for something important. I ordered a suit dry cleaning. The pickup and drop-off was super smooth, but a stain remained on the suit trousers when they were returned. I got the stain out using a vinegar solution. They did offer to pick them back up but by that point, it would have been too late, and I had already managed to remove the stain myself.

The payment method way is awful. U bring 6 kilos they say is 7 or 8 and they overcharge the price and you have to trust them.They also offer a discount for the first laundry but they send it after you pay which doesnt make sense at all. The delivery driver came at 11.30 to bring the clothes and the time slot booked in advance was 1-3pm . A total disaster. NEVER AGAIN.

My fairy godmother but in this case my fairy godfather.
What a service, soo efficient, so reliable so safe you give your laundry (bed quilts) to the driver and he returns three days later with them all washed, cleaned and all wrapped up
Highly recommend this company if you are unable to wash quilts, bed linen this is your place to call or log on to laundr.ie

Really really fantastic service, would highly recommend them. I have used them on numerous occasions. Collected all my laundry and dropped them bk at times that suited me. All items perfectly cleaned, folded and sorted. Amazing. The team are so friendly and helpful. Excellent service

I’m a first time customer and have had the most horrid experience with your delivery driver.

First he called me at 19.09 saying he was 5 mins away. I said I chose the 8-10 slot and I’m nowhere near home. He asked if he could leave them with somebody or outside. I obviously said no.

He called again at 19.41 asking could he call over I said fine as I was nearly home.

When he arrived he drove up a pedestrian area that is not a road. When I asked him to move the van onto the road as my neighbours had already commented from the balcony he refused too. He then said “I’ll know for next time”and that if it’s not a road “it should be blocked off” I said you hardly think there will be a next time after the service I received tonight?

He said “I think you need an attitude adjustment “ to which I replied “I think you need an attitude adjustment”

The service provided does not match the premium price you are charging. I am shocked at how poorly this basic interaction

*edit I have now opened my clothes they are still wet and have mud in the bags - have emailed images. I would have done a far better job myself.

Collection and delivery both perfectly on time. Dry cleaning particularly good. So easy, would definitely recommend.

Ruined my coat. There are what looks like singe marks on my faux fur coat all over it. Raised a ticket with them via email over 2 weeks ago and not even bothered to get back to me. Disgusting
