Only thing was the duvet was supposed to be picked up between 6.30-9.30 and was picked up at 10.15, I usually go to sleep at 9.30 but other than that was good service!

We would like to clarify the situation so other customers can clearly understand what happened.
When placing an order on our website, customers can choose different services such as Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron, Dry Cleaning, or Ironing Only. Our booking page clearly states that each bag should be used for the specific service selected, and all prices are listed on our website per item depending on the service chosen.
In this case, the order was placed with the Wash & Iron service selected. When we received and opened the bag, we found multiple clothing items including T-shirts, shirts, long-sleeve jumpers, socks, and undergarments. Because all items were placed together under a Wash & Iron order, we contacted the customer by email to confirm whether:
1. All items should be Wash & Iron, or
2. Only certain items should be Wash & Iron and the rest Wash & Fold.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a response by 3:00 PM. As the delivery address was a hotel, we were concerned there might be limited time before checkout. To avoid delays, we proceeded with the service that was originally selected during booking: Wash & Iron for all items.
The invoice was therefore generated according to the per-item pricing clearly listed on our website.
At 5:00 PM, after the order had already been processed and completed, we received an email requesting that only 2 shirts be Wash & Iron and the rest Wash & Fold. However, by that time the work had already been completed according to the service selected during booking, meaning the processing and labour had already been carried out.
Additionally, because we received the customer’s message late in the evening after the order had been completed, delivery had to be scheduled for the following morning rather than the same day.
For this reason, the charges reflect the service that was initially selected and fully completed, and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for work that has already been performed.
We always aim to provide clear communication and transparent pricing. We encourage customers to:
• Select the correct service when placing the order
• Separate items by service type if using multiple services
• Respond promptly if we contact them for confirmation
Our team acted in good faith to avoid delaying the order and to ensure the garments were properly processed according to the selected service.
We appreciate all feedback and remain committed to providing reliable and professional laundry service to all our customers.

Great service and communication and…
Great service and communication and nice and fast. The only improvement would be to fold the clothes better (eg jumpers & jeans) so they aren’t so creased. When I do this at home I don’t have to iron them. But I had to iron these as they were so creased. Thanks
