This is the best ceiling fan ive ever had. even on the lowest setting it pushes a massive amount of air. its been a phenomenal addition to my work desk espeically since i get direct sun light through the windows and it gets hot and humid. however this fan has allowed me to stay cool without running the AC. its also very quiet and the instructions were super clear. installing it took about 45 minutes. time well spent. I also like the various light settings for brightness and hue. The remote control is very handy. I loved this fan so much I recommended it to my mom who installed the larger version in her covered patio.

The fans look great in our bedrooms and the quality is outstanding.

The product was great. Easy to install, and worked out perfectly. Also as for installing, there was lots of space with the wires because some of the other markers don’t give you much space for that. Really appreciated that. Plus it was a great value for the product. Just really happy about the fan and their products offered.

We had an issue with a fan receiver not responding to the remote. It took a few attempts to find the appropriate support person to help us out. Once Noa was on the case, we received the right replacement parts in short order. I was impressed with Sofucor's support system. They continued to respond to my inquires until the issue was resolved. Good work!

The features on the fan are very advanced. It is in my Hawaiian home bedroom. I can control the fan and light from lying in bed there or even from my house in Las Vegas.
The fan looks great, stylish and is very quiet. The DC motor saves in electrical costs and you can't beat the $ value. Love it!

I recently purchased a ceiling fan online and when I opened the box it was missing a screw and there was a scratch on one of the fan blades. I reached out to the sofucor fan customer service dept about this issue and they immediately responded. They sent out a completely new set of screws and a set of 5 new blades. The new parts arrived 2 days later. Was very pleased with their response and prompt shipping. Ceiling fan looks and works great! Overall great experience

I accidentally ordered the wrong remote and they offered to send me a replacement for free.

My son and I installed this ceiling fan in his bedroom, replacing a Hampton Bay fan that was unbalanced. The Sofucor fan came with excellent instructions and all of the hardware to mount it correctly. My son loves the fan and it works extremely well. I would buy a Sofucor fan again if I ever need one

Customer Service was exceptional in answering questions. My email was responded to within 24 hours to address my question in regards to a needed down rod. A phone call was also returned within 15 minutes so I did not have to be kept on hold. The needed 24" down rod was credited as fair compensation as I found the fan I ordered at a lower price at Bed, Bath, & Beyond. I am looking forward to receiving my order as the reviews are very positive for the style and function of Sofucor Fans.

Amazing customer service! Missing part was mailed immediately to me for one fan. And then while installing another fan, I dropped the cover to the light fixture and broke it - I emailed the company and they sent m a replacement, immediately, no questions asked.
